Florence Cafe

The Florence Cafe is one of my favorite places to catch a wonderful meal. The staff is very friendly and always make sure the customers are satisfied with their meal. Quick service, quality food, plenty of coffee and a professional staff.

I don't know the waitress name, but she is running that place (figuratively speaking) I've gone in 3x (just moved from ca) and she is so sweet and quick to check on everyone, wish I knew her name, but when you see her hard work you'll know who I'm talking about

First time in this place, will not be the last. Food very good service great. We called ahead and tables were ready. Hidden gem of Florence.

Terrible customer service!!!!!!. There were 6 of us. Our red headed waitress put our order in.
40 min later we had not gotten our food, we asked our waitress after 40 min where our food was, she said i think your ticket is next. But she never Checked.
5 tables of people showed up and were seated after us and they all got served before us. An hour later, and the whole time our waitress wouldn't even look at us, we were going to ask her to check our ticket , but no eye to eye from her or even a word , she ignored us.We put $12 on the table for our drinks and walked out. No thank you

The food was decent. There's not much to choose from in Florence, AZ, so it was a cool little breakfast spot. The biscuits and gravy were just ok, but the omelette was good. The prices are pretty low.

Busy breakfast place when the "snow birds" are in town. I've been here about 6 times, i've tried the chicken fried steak and recently their salisbury special. Overall the food is good here and the service is always 👍 great.

Waterd down gravy and mashed potatoes the clam chowder was awful ! . Dont go here if they are the least bit busy or you will be very disappointed. Bad service and sloppy food its not a very good place to eat but there isn't many choices in Florence

There is no place like the Florence cafe!!! The server are amazing and you can tell their different personalities, but they work together like a well oiled machine! It’s amazing. The food is fantastic, you know the cooks do it with love. Definitely stop and eat when you can !!

Got the skillet and the food came out very fresh even gave me a 3rd egg because the yolk broke on the egg without me asking. Top service

Service was terrible. Food was served cold. We could not get the thing's we needed to accommodate our food and drink's. Server's would not even make eye contact after forgetting we were there and waiting 20 minutes to even order food. Hands down I do not reccomend and I will not be returning.
