The food was pretty decent and the staff was mostly friendly (a little pushy however), and the place has a cool aesthetic with all the trains inside.
However, we sat at a booth (the cleanest and least shredded up one I could find) and used the bathroom while I was here. I'm really not sure how this place is up to code, the bathroom was disgusting with black sludge and very clear animal droppings on the ground. The restaurant itself had a kind of musty smell that I think came from the very old and worn down seats. Many of which were coming apart right down the middle, looking like someone had taken a knife to them and they'd never been cleaned. The table still had sticky spots when we were seated, but as I said I chose one of the cleaner booths I could find. On top of this, the prices for the food you get aren't necessarily ridiculous, but I spent around 60 dollars for a regular sized meal between 2 people. For the kind of facility the food came from, and the quality of the food, this really didn't add up.
As I said, the design of the place on the inside is pretty cool to see at first, but you'd probably be okay skipping this restaurant if you're passing through.

Great American cafe serving breakfast with all the sides including giant biscuits. Yum. Friendly service too.

Great service, friendly staff, delicious omelettes! Coffee was really tasty too. Cute little train chugging along it's track up above added some charm.

Amazing. Just what you'd think a Route 66 diner would be. The portions are huge and the food was great! 10 out of 10 will come here again.

The food was very good and the service was excellent! The chicken order is a half chicken..This is a picture of the leg and the wing. That is a sugar packet along side it so you can see the size. BUT they did give $4 off my bill. If you google the menu the prices are all $4 more when you get there but well worth it! I do highly reccomend this restaurant!

DO NOT eat here!! Anytime we visited Flagstaff for a show at the Museum Club (across the parking lot) we used to eat here. I don't know what happened but we will never eat here again. Prices have almost doubled and the food is gross. It used to be decent prices and great food. I found a hair in my undercooked hash browns. The chicken fried steak tasted like it was either cooked in dirty deep fry oil and/or someone was smoking or vaping prior to cooking it & didn't wash their stink off. The biscuit was huge however it also had that funky taste & was undercooked. Silverware was still wet & wrapped in a paper napkin. Really disappointed.

They have a huge choice of omelets, and there is enough that my husband and I share an order. Yummy!

Amazing food, staff was friendly, portions were a good size. Only downside was that the decor was a little dated. But overall, the restaurant was amazing!
