Steep Leaf Lounge

Loved this place! It's very quiet and peaceful place for a tea or coffee.

This tea is honestly life changing; life-enhancing, for a former coffee/espresso couple like we are. This beautiful loose leaf lifestyle fully weaned us off, and I couldn’t be more grateful to have found this way. It’s so pretty, too- like you’re drinking flowers and leaves (you literally are) and the crew who works there performs really fast-paced tea alchemy at the bar, like the Beni-Hana of tea lounges. They’re super helpful about getting you started with brews you love and tools you need.

The staff working at the time seemed very distracted by almost anything else and I never saw a single employee finish one thing they started. Another employee finished what was left. Tea was good but nothing exceptional. Atmosphere was warm and quiet.

Excellent tea shop with a wide variety of seating. Good selection of tea and fast Wifi. Great place for an eclectic group of people.
Parking can be hard in downtown.
Tea is steeped to correct time and temperature.

I have been looking for a tea place like this in Phoenix, but I had to go to Flagstaff to find it. Steep is cozy with a wide selection of teas to order and to buy. I could easily come by with a book and it for hours just reading and drinking tea. The chocolate banana rooibos I had was amazing, and I will definitely visit again the next time I'm in Flagstaff.

Staff is very friendly. However, Steep needs to steep their tea longer. The $5 Earl Grey tea I got barely had flavor. Even my husband, who doesn't really drink much tea said it tasted like watered down tea that's been sitting for awhile.

4 people behind the counter but no one acknowledged us for 5 minutes. It’s only 9 am but they are out of everything and only have one size. Now we are slowly waiting for food to be made, by whom, we don’t know?

Visiting from CO and stopped there for some coffee. We ended up getting masala teas. I loved it so much that I bought a container of it. Next morning I made some tea using this mix but there is hardly any tea leaves in the mix!!! What kind of mix is this if I actually have to add tea leaves to it?? Lol. For this reason they I gave them 3 stars. Hopefully they'll see this review and add more tea leaves to the tea mixture.

This place had an excellent tea selection, the most chill atmosphere, it is just an awesome place. If you ever want a good place to come out of the cold and have a good cup of tea this is it. It is a must visit in Flagstaff right in the middle of downtown. Loved it you guys hit it out the park.

Great place, our house is the blue one up the street... Very very nice people, and tea is magic. But there's no Boba Tea... When I travel, and when I live somewhere with great Boba tea, I go often... I'll spend $8 on a single Boba drink if it is awesome... Then tip $2... About $1000 a year just for me, but usually bring people so about $3000 a year, and $600 in tips... And I'm just one customer of many.
