I always love coming here cause its such a quaint shop with high quality teas! I love their selection and all the cute mugs and tea sets they have. Whenever I get hot tea, they prepare it so it's already at the perfect drinkable temperature. Definitely recommend!

Relaxed and welcoming place with fantastic teas!!! I've visited many times with multiple people. Always found plenty of seating options and have never been rushed out even when we stayed well after our tea was finished. Great spot for chatting and enjoying the company of those you love.

My bf said his tea was the best london fog he'd ever had. He loved his danish and i loved my vegan cookie. They have a large menu and lots of vegan and non vegan treats to choose from too. Cozy spot. Our daughter loved sitting on the pillows at the tea tables. Helpful and friendly service as well.

Stopped here on whim with my 3 year old son while tinkering around this downtown Flagstaff area and I was BLOWN AWAY. I am a very frequent visitor to the biggest coffee chain around and if I lived in this area I don't know if I would ever visit again.

The selection was vast and I opted to walk up to the bar and let the baristas help me pick. I am an unsweetened green tea drinker and they led me towards a Japanese variety that was awesome. My son told them he wanted an "orange lemonade" and they ended up making him some type of tea with tangerine flavors mixed with lemonade. It was awesome! We both had them iced.

We got our drinks in to go cups because I figured with a four year old boy and the obvious zen vibes they were going for it was not going to be a good mix but they were very welcoming and engaging. We ended up sitting at the bar area watching them make other orders and enjoying our teas. They also gave him some small quiet toys to play with.

If I had any feedback to give it would be that I wish they offered different sizes. I would have ordered my son's a bit smaller and mine a bit bigger.

This is my favorite place in flagstaff and I always recommend people go here. Not only are their teas delicious (I highly recommend the lavender mint latte and the vanilla mint chai), but the vibe is modern and relaxing. I love grabbing a tea and sitting in the window for a few hours talking to a friend or doing work. Such an awesome place!

This is my favorite place in Flagstaff. Whenever I'm in town I make a point of hanging out here as often as possible. I love the teas and lemonades they offer, and I feel at peace in the calm, serene atmosphere. The staff are always thoughtful and kind. I'll definitely be coming again.

Yesterday, unfortunately, I bought coffee for the first time from this shop. Miss Staff is slow and very rude!!! moreover, I waited 20 minutes for the worst coffee I've ever had. I will never come again. And I would not recommend. I think the boss needs to control the staff better. There may be a delay, but needs to teach her to apologize !!!

Steep is one of my favorite places in Flagstaff to get some work done. The little window seats are incredibly charming and they make a great spot to people watch.The music is determined by the staff present, but I usually find it is pleasant coffee house jazz. I always get a cupcake or macaroon (which are always so delicious) and peppermint rose tea. I have tried their smoothies as well and they are strangely wonderful. Steep offers a variety of board games to play with friends. The staff at Steep really make the experience. They are so sweet and personable and they give amazing recommendations. Highly recommend for a quiet afternoon.

Amazing experience! The tea is wonderful, but the service is even better! If in Flagstaff you need to stop by! Also a great place to study!

Such a relaxing place. Perfect space to chat over a pot of tea. Very impressed with the flavor and quality of the keemun tea. Can't wait to return.
