Ordered coffee water and a brownie while out with my daughter, and tipped the staff in an open container. Rather than preparing the beverages immediately, another staff member quickly, retrieves the tip container and proceeds to count the proceeds. If you're more concerned about tips, you're in the wrong business. And, I only tipped you two dollars lol. Was, overall an uncomfortable feel. Please, wash your hands after handling cash, never know where its been.

So so good!!! 10/10. Got not one but two drinks and they were both delicious!!

Very sweet spot!
We stopped by here for coffee and the place and staff are lovely. They have nice seating area where you can see streets. My 1.5 years daughter enjoyed the place and they gave her some toys to play with while we staying.

The matcha was mediocre. The staff were unprofessional and unfriendly. My expectation to relax and enjoy my drink was tainted when the staff decided to blatantly and loudly convey their political views. I don’t want to hear about that at a damn tea shop. My first time here also became my last time!

Great coffee. Awesome tea selection. We ordered four different drinks and they all tasted good.

Such a charming hangout spot! The window seating is adorable and the drinks are delicious! They offer a tea service too which is always a blast :) Although, if you have a PC do not come here to work - the WiFi only works for Macs :(

The setup here is cute but the service here is was horrible.

Wonderful little tea shop. Great variety of teas and bonus, they make a pleasant cup of coffee too for those who prefer coffee.
Doesn't matter if you are on vacation or just looking for a gentle wakeup this tiny teahouse is the answer to calm the soul.

The best teas ever! I am huge tea fan, I 've tried all kind of teas, but nothing can compare to the teas I tasted here. The place is very laid back. I suggest trying their Masala tea, Butternut Scotch (my favourite), Autumn plum or Coco Loco. 😊

Steep is one of my absolute favorite tea shops I've ever found. Anytime I'm passing through Flagstaff, I make a detour to downtown for a delicious cuppa.
Right now, with COVID-19 distancing, they have their shop set up for take-out only. They converted the entrance to their corner shop as a walk up window for ordering and picking up your drink. They keep the baristas at a distance and have a plexiglass barrier. The baristas are still required to wear masks. Ordering here feels extremely safe; the bigger concern to high-risk individuals are the other customers that sometimes crowd the storefront waiting for their orders. They still offer outdoor seating with a few small tables and chairs.
Prior to the pandemic, this shop was a quaint place to stop in and say a while. Open late, they provide refreshing teas to downtown denizens at their bar, offering an alternative to the typical bars around. They are also open early for the early birds looking for caffeine. Their loose-leaf teas are gourmet, and can be ordered in a variety of ways: hot, iced, latte, or other specialty varieties. They also offered loose-leaf teas and accesories for purchase, along with beautiful local art and pottery. They even stocked my favorite potter's art for a while before she moved out of state.
If you like the creaminess of lattes, their Berry Truffle latte is smooth, and slightly sweet, and tastes great iced or hot. I often keep this rooibos-based tea at home for a refreshing caffeine-free iced tea in the Phoenix summers. If you're a fan of Earl Grey, their Earl Grey Francais is a must have. With a hint of smooth vanilla flavoring, this tea is exceptional as a latte. I order this one online to keep handy for winter months whenever I can't make the trek to Flagstaff in person. Of course the baristas will help you find the drink for you, and they are very knowledgeable about the teas they serve.
If you're in downtown Flagstaff, don't pass this place up!
