Great tea shop located on the corner next to the Shane knight gallery. Amazing tea with a great atmosphere and welcoming staff. The matcha shots are particularly good. If you are looking for anything from teas to lattes this is place for you. The deserts aren't half bad either

Was visiting Flagstaff for a weekend trip and decided to stop in. Their chai and their lemonade were really good the first time around and we even bought some of their loose leaf tea to take home with us.
Rating was lowered as unfortunately when we visited the second time it was right before we were heading home and wanted a drink for the road. Service was still great but got a chai tea that was so hot that it took almost 15 minute to cool down and was overfilled so when picked up it overflowed past the lid and ended up burning my hands and legs. Still enjoyed the drink and would love to go back whenever we visit again but I was a bit sour after the incident. 😅

My new hang out. Soooo many great choices of tea's. The perfect setting to just chill out and enjoy the downtown scenery. The ladies behind the counter are hard working, knowledgeable and upbeat. I order a cup of coffee and just enjoy the atmosphere and smiling faces the people of Flagstaff bring to a Phoenix native. Supporting this type Mom and Pop establishment is crucial to preserving the backbone of the community. I see a few reviews talking about wait times.... I think that can't be avoided due to the "hand brewing" part of the orders they get. I have definitely seen them moving as fast as the product will allow. Keep up the great work!!

Really neat tea shop with a wide variety of loose leaf tea. I got the vanilla mint latte. This is a popular tea shop especially during the winter months so bring your patience's and I am sure you'll love the teas.

This is strictly a review of their tea and customer service for online orders, as I am out of state.
Steep owns my entire heart. I heard about them from a friend who went to school in the area, and despite living on the other side of the country, they are now the main place I order loose leaf tea. I've tried nearly a dozen varieties now, and all have been phenomenal. They're really reasonably priced, the shipping is included, and I have gotten a little handwritten note in every single order that includes a thank you and an adorable doodle of flowers or a cup of tea or something else equally sweet.
The Earl Grey Lavender is on regular rotation in my office tea collection, and the Witch's Brew got me through a nasty cold this winter.
I couldn't ask for better customer service or tastier tea.

This review was be bias. I love tea, hate coffee and all the hype that surrounds it. This tea shop is beautiful, having many varieties in teas: classical, fusions. You'll have to check it out. They have traditional seats with pillows by the windows. It is a great first date spot!!

I love Steep so much! I don't live in Flagstaff, but *every* time that I even drive through or will be near the city, I stop in. Not only do they have a nice selection of tea, but they actually know how to make it. For the most part, I am wary of ordering tea out, especially hot tea. Way too many cafés do a terrible job of brewing tea (I am really particular...I find it vital to steep different kinds of teas at their optimal temperature - rather than just using "boiling" water). My favorite drink here is to have them combine the lavender and vanilla Earl Greys in a latte. The atmosphere is lovely as well, and they have a lot of fun and pretty things for sale.

Cozy Decor awesome friendly staff cute little wall of tea to choose from. The only thing I could see is a downside is they do not serve coffee aside from a French press Brew. My husband does not care for tea and did not find anything he liked here which made it impossible for us to enjoy a drink together.

Not my favorite place— the tea was weak and the staff wasn’t friendly at all. Also, the covid glass (while making the interaction safer) made it really hard to hear so the barista and I were shouting at each other the entire time. I ordered a London fog tea latte extra strong and it was still really weak. I would come back to buy loose leaf tea but wouldn’t order a drink. At $5.5 it wasn’t worth the price

I've always loved the idea of a place with tea only, no caffeine. This place is chill, cozy, friendly and cute. However, I'd recommend normal Earl grey since they don't have English breakfast tea. Adding lavender was too sweet for me.
