Honestly I wish I could give a better review, I use to clean professionally so I know when a hotel room is not clean, the bathroom had hair all over it, the shower was discusting yellow with hair as well as the floor squished. The room had trash left behind and holes in the walls, the room itself was very small for the price, we went down to eat at the Cafe for breakfast on the 13th of December 2022 and the server behind the counter was very rude about our size, as well as the server that served us was very tip based and was so rude towards us and the customers next to us, she told the guy next to us to shut up so she could finish talking, I commend the people that were nice to us but I'm trying to be nice in the way of giving this place 3 stars because it was awful service, and the stay made me want to puke cause between the smell of the room and the room not being cleaned properly I'm sorry it just wasn't the best...Tha nk you.

Went to eat breakfast on a Saturday morning. Food was not bad, but we waited a long time for it. My wife was not impressed with the corn beef hash however. I got the sausage links and would recommend. Little pricey as is everywhere else I suppose. One Day I'll get used to it...maybe

I rate it a 5 more because of the nostalgia and convenience rather than because of anything particularly spectacular. Ive been going here to eat since i was 11 and its the only food joint in the valley open 24/7. The deep fried mushrooms are my favorite and it basically completes the palmer bar scene.

Staff is tolerant but very judgmental of any oddities or housing issues. The food is great n rooms are cozy .

We just had a meal at the cafe. I don’t usually complain but it was the worst service I’ve ever had ever. We waited for 20 minutes before the waitress even acknowledged us. The food tasted like a bus bin or a garbage can. It was an hour wait to get food. They brought us the wrong food then brought us the wrong ticket (a ticket for a meal that was $96 instead of what we ate which was $50). Never ever again would I eat here. The waitress spent her time flirting with the old guys at the table next to us. Wouldn’t bring coffee, or creamer, water, half our order or the right bill.

We did not stay in hotel, We go to cafe for good food. Eggs Benedict was really good, Eggs & Bacon & Sausage also cooked right and was really good. Chicken fried steak also very good.

Slow and poor service. 25 minute wait for the menus. 35 minutes to wait for drinks. 50 minutes for the arrival of food. Asked to talk to the manager. She came and listened and had to go check people into the hotel. 20 minutes and she didn't return. My nephew ordered hot chocolate and it arrived 45 minutes later. The manager checked on other customers and didn't come back to check on us, like she said. I would not recommend to eat here.

I am giving a 1 star based solely on the wait staff, Asian looking/speaking for 2 reasons, 1) her perfume was strong enough to make me think, "I should be in a strip club ordering my food and the worst part, 2) watching her and another kitchen staff making out yeah, swapping spit in the kitchen where our food is being cooked. I could barely taste my food because her perfume was so strong it stayed in the palette of my mouth.

I've been coming to this restaurant for over a decade and NEVER had an experience like this, NEVER.

Not sure who hired them clowns to be making out in the kitchen where food is made and wait staff smelli g like, well, like I should be ordering my food from a strip club and not a family restaurant, but they need some serious

It's hard to rate the food when your smelling the cheap Izzy mayaki purfume your wait staff wears, still smell it in my nose, and it's been 10 minutes since we've eaten.

The best service was the older lady who seated and brought us our drinks.
Had she served us, this would have been a 5 star rating.

Update, it's been 45 minutes since we've left and my GF is complaining of still tasting her horrible perfume.

It will be awhile before I come back and will never recommend this place until staff have better training on how to want customers to stay and spend money.

I left a $4.02 tip too much because I did not want to approach her offensive perfume....
    Shameful

Dependable greasy spoon diner food at all hours. Best (if not only) 24/7 full service dining option in the Valley. Open on holidays too.
