Went yesterday with my sister and her family. The food was great! Excellent burger with crispy bacon and fresh lettuce and tomato. Fries were crispy and delicious! Michelle was attentive without being overbearing, and she kept the drink refills coming. Great food, great atmosphere, and great people!

I have never booked a room before but it being the valleys only 24/7 restaurant, it's a good place to just go if you want to get out of the house at like 2am. I suggest the corn fritters and honey butter. The fries are good too.

It's a nice little quaint place to stay. I never stayed there before but I had breakfast there in the past. Everyone is really friendly and great service. I suggest bringing your own alcohol. It may be a little steep for some. Aces!

I ordered food they didn’t give me what I ordered. I ordered a supreme nacho and they didn’t put anything on it! I went back to say I didn’t order this and the girl behind the counter as soon as I walked in immediately very rudely said “WHAT” with the nastiest attitude, she went to get the manager and the manager was rude too! there was no customer service, they were all rude and should not be in the customer business! I later found out the girl behind the counter name who said “WHAT” was named Jenna and the manager is named April.

I didn't stay at the hotel but ate in the Cafe, and may I recommend a pizza. Mine I tried a chicken bacon ranch, had them add onions and cheddar, but the best idea came from my server to top it with the garlic oil they have and I can't even describe how awesome it tasted, or remember a better flavor experience with a Za!!

Beautiful views of the mountains from the Cafe windows. Food is superb. I didn't book a room however I imagine it's probably just as quality. A great place if you're hungry.

Great food at the cafe, cozy bar, liquor store, and decent rooms, all in the heart of downtown Palmer, Alaska. I would recommend any tourists searching for accommodations to book a stay at the Valley Hotel.

My husband and I have been to the Café many times over the years and have never really had any problems.
Last visit, our waitress was extremely rude to us from start to finish. Whatever, people have their bad days, so we didn't think much about it.
However, it seems to me that the service here has severely gone down after tonight. The food is good, however the wait staff is lacking. It was busy, so there is a wait time for food, as to be expected. We waited patiently, ate our food, waited patiently for the bill, and asked for a box. Our card was charged, receipt brought back, no box. The waitress said she would go get our box. We waited ten minutes - nothing. My husband went up to the register to request a box, again, we understand, it's busy. Four servers walked by him at the register within five minutes. Not one of them made eye contact with him or acknowledged him. We had to bring our food and our receipt to the front in order to get a box.
I understand it's frustrating when it's busy. I've been a waitress. Things happen. Things get forgotten. That's okay. It is not okay for FOUR different people to ignore a customer that's already paid for their meal.
Giving a 2 for the food and 24hr convenience.
Do better.

Great location in the center of downtown Palmer with plenty of parking.
The rooms could use updates but the heat was kicking and they are plenty comfortable for a night or two.
Highly recommend the 24/7 Cafe downstairs, the service was great and food excellent.

I've been going to the V-ho for some 15 years now and it is damn near the quintessential Alaskan/American Diner.
The prices have risen lately, but that's everywhere and everything lately.
Open 24/7, it's a great choice after church and your only choice at 3am.
