This is a fun and quirky little restaurant with a diverse menu. Good staff. Excellent clam chowder. We were happy to discover the restaurant hidden away from the tourists.
We asked a few locals where to grab a good breakfast and they all recommended NYC. We we not disappointed. Coffee was good, breakfast delicious and a short walk from the ship terminal just across the bridge.
Very nice and cozy place to visit, make you feel like the old towns keeping the history and time on it. Service is good and is exactly downtown. Highly recommended.
Dinner of halibut fish and chips, fish chowder and pork belly sandwich. Very cosmopolitan menu offerings, as well as local seafood. Poutine, scallops, hummus, lamb sliders, burgers, asian noodle salad etc. Several vegetarian dishes. Something tasty for anyone. No cocktails, only beer and wine.
My favorite meals here are the breakfast arugula and eggs, or eggs benedict! They always have consistent and hot food, with professional, friendly service, and staff.

Very nice place and atmosphere. Only one waiter so you may wait a bit if busy.
However, the food is fabulous and great view.

Excellent food. The halibut sandwich and fries was the best! Try the lemon pound cake with tea for dessert. Now go walking!
