New York Cafe

Went there twice.
First time was amazing they had a great special and the mazze plate is very good.
Went there again was was served previously frozen food and was treated poorly by the waitress when we called them out on that.

Will not return after that experience

Food was amazing and the staff was awesome! Definitely recommend the chicken biscuit.

The friend liked the food here better than I did, and our server was trying so hard, so I'm giving four instead of three stars. Of course, her trying so hard was because she was being overworked, so maybe the restaurant doesn't deserve it, but she deserves five stars.

I had to fix my food from being bland, but once I got what I needed to do that, it was pretty good. Overall, just not quite the high quality that this restaurant seems to be known for.

The food was fantastic, but for us the service was a little lacking, example- we never got water refills. However, the pork belly sandwich with sweet potato fries was our favorite. The kebob plate was fresh and cooked perfectly. Definitely good food.

My favorite place to eat in Ketchikan! Everyone is so friendly and the front of the house is always on their game. The food is always spot on and kitchen staff kills it every time. If you’re in Ketchikan, go to ‘The Cafe’, as we affectionately call it.
P.S. the pork belly roll is ah-mazing!

We both had the breakfast hash. It was an excellent flavor but the eggs were slightly overcooked. Cute place though and would definitely go back!

The environment and food here was amazing! We had the halibut sandwich, halibut salad, cheeseburger, and scalps and all dishes were amazing! They also had live music!

Over a 9 dollar expresso 1/4 full that I mistakenly brought in to the establishment.
They will explain that there are many eateries that you can bring a drink in but the New York Dinner is not one of them and feel free to visit one of those. A sensitive New York Dinner, need to change the name. lol

Had an amazing breakfast. The salmon and eggs were phenomenal and so was the London fog! Service was great too.

Great vegan options. No WiFi or public restrooms. Friendly staff
