The bake shop is essential eating if you're soaked, tired, and ready to grab some grub after a good morning of skiing. The food is delightful, and the service has never failed to put a smile on my face. That said, the wait times can be a bit long and the restaurant is often packed full (surprise!).

Five stars for the food. Comfort food. Yummy sandwiches. Homemade soup, which you can sample before you buy. Excellent cinnamon rolls. Lukewarm friendly staff. Nice endpoint for the drive down Turnagain Arm looking for Belugas & Dall sheep. They have indoor seating & picnic tables outside where you can see the mountains & their beautiful flower baskets.

We came for breakfast which they serve till 1. Thank you! But, um...this is not a place to eat if you have social anxiety. Community seating caught me completely off gaurd, and I didn't realize it until after I ordered. So, I can't say I enjoyed my self. However, the food and coffee are really good and the people are really nice. I mean, I'm still giving the place 5 stars even though I might never return. I would order to go. Oh, and I think if you guys put your logo on some of those glass mugs they would sell like hotcakes! I know I would have bought 2.

One of my top favorite restaurants in Alaska so far. Whether it's a hot bowl of soup, french toast, or a loaf of sourdough bread for $5.00. It's always excellent! We always stop when we are headed out of Anchorage. đź‘Ť

A great place for breakfast if you are staying in Gordwood/Alyeska. The omelets were delicious and the coffee was hot. I highly recommend the ham/cheese omelet and the sweet roll.

I went in with my daughter to take a ski break. I was pleasantly surprised to hear they had gluten free bread. I asked them about cross-contamination and they went over the top to make sure my sandwich and salad were gluten free and I didn’t get sick at all. I would’ve known before I left if it had been contaminated. Seeing as how it’s a BAKE SHOP, I was impressed my food stayed gluten free. Got a small pizza for my daughter (it was so big we gave 3/4 of it away to some kids next to us). Over all I WILL BE BACK. Oh and the coffee is great too. THANK YOU.

Had the ham and cheese omelette. Excellent flavors with a different style of cheese, not the usual cheddar or American cheese. Also had the fried potatoes and onions with it. Real sliced potatoes and onions! And, of course, Kaladi Bros coffee!

Excellent breakfast spot! Very busy, but service was timely. Omelets were very good!

Good food. Cinnamon bun was big enough to share. Loved the sandwiches, salads and soups. The pizza crust was more like frozen... But the toppings were fine.
