The Crepery

Simply fantastic! Great selection, fantastic crepes (I had the Mediterranean with added chicken) and a latte with honey (yes they certainly do have honey). Stop by for sure.

Super friendly people who kept our waters (lots of water), topped off the entire time. Between three of us got five crepes and all were delicious. Will probably come back for dinner tonight.

Was in Fairbanks for the weekend and an Uber driver told us that this was a great place to eat, and boy he was not wrong. I got the Crab Crepe along with a nice-sized Bloody Mary that absolutely hit the spot. It took a ton of self restraint to not order another crepe (the smoked salmon was calling to me) but I totally recommend this joint if you're up in Fairbanks. Excellent food and great service!

Delicious crepes. Tried both savory and sweet styles and both were delicious. Great range of flavors - almost overwhelming having all those choices. Both a patio and inside seating.

I asked if they could do their Crab Melt crepe, but without the onions and peppers, and they said sure. Later, when going to eat my crepe, they apparently forgot the crab... it was just cheese. If there was any crab, it was literally undetectable by taste or sight. So, that was pretty disappointing. My dining companion, however, got the Chicken Caprese crepe, and that was totally delicious!

I had the cheesecake and blueberry crepes and hot chocolate. The blueberries were juicy and the cheesecake was creamy. I got to go back and try the savory crepes next time.

Lovely place to creepery if you like crepes. They have both sweet and savory. We had caramel banana cheesecake and it was awesome. It's big so we shared it among 4 as a dessert post dinner someplace else.

Love the Mocha and turtle crepe. I got the smoked salmon on avacado and was a good one. The savory crepes very good as well

Absolutely delicious crepes. These are substantial crepes and a full meal. I visited on a Sunday and there was a line with maybe a 15-20 minute or so wait. My crepe, bruschetta, was very tasty. My coffee was flavorful and fresh. Service was pleasant and efficient.

Very nice place, clean, hip, cozy and warm. My kids loved the hot cocoa and salmon crepes. The grown ups enjoyed coffee and sweets. This place is a most visit if you ever visit Fairbanks. I visited when the weather was -30 and it was awesome to find a place to warm up and take chill off my bones. Prices are approx $10 a piece plus your drinks. Highly recommended
