Ok first it’s a nice, clean place. It felt inviting except the ladies at the register were really less than helpful with answering my questions about a type of crepe that I was really doubtful I wanted to try because this place takes a crepe to a whole other level. I felt hurried to decide by the cashier who was looking at me like how could I not know what I wanted, so just chose one that sounded edible. I have to say it was good except for the pesto. I loved their toilet sign.

If you love sweet, please PLEASE try the crème brûlée crepe!! It’s is sooooo awesome! I woo-hoo while I was eating it. Beats any crepe I tried in other cities in US (sorry my beloved Texas and California)

Amazing place. Tried the veggie melt savory crepe and it was very delicious. Chicken caprese crepe was okay. Sweet crepes were really good too. Visited this place twice.. it was really good.

Easiest five star of my life. Would rate 10 if able. Crepes are amazing, I have flown from my home in MN just to eat here then fly back the next day. World class.

Excellent customer service. I had the Provence & banana with Nutella crepe and it was JUST PERFECTLY DELICIOUS 😋

Off the top of my head, my thoughts on The Crepery would go...."Wonderful service and staff - Delicious food - North Pole Alaska (Home of Santa) - Fresh ingredients - Fun food - Interesting community - worth my money". I hope you'll treat yourself to some of their fantastic dining when visiting North Pole.

Literally flew to Fairbanks from Minnesota for a couple hours just to come here. The cheesecake and Alaskan breakfast crepes are to die for. The hot chocolate is also ammmmmazing. This place is a MUST have when visiting Alaska.

If you are truly allergic to dairy, this is not the place to go eat. If you are a lifestyle choice, not allergy based, this place would be great. So I sit here having a reaction to the food. Love the atmosphere though. If you are just vegetarian this is the perfect place to go. Super friendly, husband said the one he ate (not vegan, or vegetarian) was good.

Wife and I were in Fairbanks for our anniversary a couple weeks ago. We asked Fairbanks subreddit some great local places to eat near the Ice Museum and it did not disappoint. The savory crepes we had were amazing. We wanted to split a dessert one. The staff waited till we were done with our savory crepes before bringing out the dessert one so it was fresh.
The staff was friendly and the food was amazing. Overall a great experience.
