If you are in Fairbanks try this place out for breakfast. Creps and coffee is awesome. In Savory Crepe try out Mediterranean, smoked salmon and Alaskan breakfast Crepe. Really good ones. Lot of vegetarian options.
The only thing you need is patience as to get the food it is approx. 30 mins waiting. It’s very crowded in mornings. Getting a table can be tough.
Coffee is also good. Try their different coffee drinks. Not pricy and quantity is good.

The best in town! The food was so delicious!
This is what I really want to eat after giving birth! And my husband went and got me some, and they sent us the message. So sweet, just like their food!

I love this place! I walk in and they say oh hey, Amanda you want your usual!
That is when you know you’re loved as a customer. Great atmosphere and such good food.

Yummy crepery - a good breakfast/brunch spot in Fairbanks. Service was friendly and quick. Street parking.

Very nice outdoors.
Indoors very cozy. It does need some sort of kitchen escape due all the vapor stays withing the place.

Cheesesteak was very good and well done.
Nutella and berries also well made. Not too much or too little. Nice consistency on the crepes it self.
Hot chocolate and Mocha where very good.
Nice place in the over all experience. Would recommend for breakfast, lunch or snack.

Highly recommend the four cheese pesto crepe! Great service and food. We were visiting from out of state and I hope to go back!

Best crepes in town. Had the lobster melt which was definitely tasty and filling. Also tried there Cuban coffee which was strong but not as good as the ones I've had in Miami. The staff was very welcoming as well. The location is great since it is located right in the center of downtown. We'll definitely be back soon for an afternoon snack and coffee.

I cannot believe how many times I passed this place thinking I need to try it but never did. When I finally made the stop, they did not disappoint.
I had a salmon, avocado, and bacon crepe as did my son. It was very good for a lunch time crepe. Be sure you love salmon because it really is a strong flavor. My wife really liked her crepe but I don't know what she ordered.
We had an extra banana and nutella crepe on the table to share. Oh my. My oh my. That was crazy good.
The staff was super friendly and attentive checking on us every few minutes. The dining area was clean.
Inwill definterly go back.

Yes there is a great creperie in the middle of downtown Fairbanks and it is super yummy. I had lunch here. The service was quick and very friendly. The menu is expansive with both sweet and savory options. I had the Genovese and it was very good (they didn’t skimp on the prosciutto). They also have a coffee bar and their chai was the best I had this week. This ambience is clean, large and cute. I recommend coming in for a bit of France-banks!
