The Crepery

Heard this place was pretty good, and it thankfully lived up to the hype! We got the smoked salmon crepe for a savory option, and the crème brûlée crepe for our sweet! They were both great to have, and we will try our best to go back to try some other options since there were so many!

Great little find during our trip to Fairbanks. We stopped in for lunch and it was good. I had the chicken bacon crepe with the creme brulee crepe dessert. Good size servings. Would recommend stopping by here at least once during your time in Fairbanks.

I got the BLTA (avocado) ($12) for the savory, the staff favorite, and was impressed. I wasn't even that hungry and still finished it. Crispy outside, thick and crunchy bacon inside, fresh LTA, and a nice ranch sauce that completed the flavor. So good, would definitely have that again.
I got the cheesecake with strawberry ($9) for the sweet and it was also good. I couldn't finish it though. As it is, I need to go back to the hotel for a nap before heading back to the ice art championship.

They have the most amazing vegan crepes!! The sweet crepe that we got (Nutella and banana) was good, but the savory one (avocado and veggies with vegan cheese) was absolutely incredible!

While visiting Fairbanks we asked 2 people where we should eat. Both people told us, without hesitation, The Crepery. I had the ham and cheese crepe pictured in this review and it was delicious! Highly recommend a visit here when you are in town.

Variety of crepes and foods, tastes really good. We came here twice - the second time the crepes was not very „filled“, the first time much more so.

I just wish the crepes were not as toasted and brown as typical French crepes are a not like toast, but rather soft (and hence not eatable without fork) - hence, 4/5 starts only.

Got the Bavarian and Nutella with Berries crepes and they were AWESOME but I'm pretty sure they're all fantastic. On top of that, THE BEST SERVICE ever by two sweet waitresses. Thank you!

Simply Dankiddy Dank Dank. We got the Cheesesteak and the Salmon for savory, and a cheesecake with strawberries for sweet. It can’t go unsaid that the staff is incredibly delightful and the place is organized and clean. This place is busy for a reason and if I lived here it would be a weekly visit until I tried it all and then a return for the hits we got today. Another must-visit for Fairbanks. Don’t miss out!

I was in town only for a few days, and only had the opportunity to try the Alaska Breakfast Crepe and the hot chocolate for takeout, though I would have liked to try more. It was fantastic, and the staff was kind, fast and efficient.

I walked up to the counter to order and was informed that I had to get my food to go because there were absolutely no tables. I pointed out the young man sitting at a table where he had three other seats and he was just waiting for a to go order, and she said that maybe - if you ask him. I then pointed out another table that just left and asserted that yes, I want to dine in. Waiting for a table was not even presented as an option, it was clear she did not want me to dine in. As I am writing this, several tables have opened up and are cleaned and ready to go, so it is hard not to feel singled out for whatever reason. I had been looking forward to visiting the restaurant for so long, it was disappointing to be talked to in a rude and dismissive manner. This place is busy! Long line, lots of tourists, lots of staff and comfortable and ever changing seating. I am not sure if I will return, because of the one rude server/cashier. Sometimes the food can be amazing, but the attitude of the people who take your order can absolutely deflate the experience, even with all the excitement and best intentions. I did find a very comfy seat and if I had my laptop, there is a plug in and wifi. I ordered the cuban crepe and my doppio espresso is perfect. The crepe was served yummy and hot, and the server was very kind and explained how to eat it. Once seated, the servers are very attentive and kind.
