Good donuts, they seem fresh when I order. Not a huge fan of their coffee's though, most of the mixed coffee drinks, and frozen ones are too sweet.

Came for the $1 dozen. After the girl confirmed they had enough original glazed, I picked my regular dozen to qualify for the $1 dozen. When I got to the register she came back and said they just ran out of the original glazed even though no one else had been in front of me. I could see a few dozen sitting in the back as a girl was dipping them in chocolate, they had full racks of that option so I was a little confused as to why they couldn't just follow through with their original statement. Very disappointed with the service.

These guys cater to their customers. And they are very skilled in this area. Stop by and get a fresh treat. From what I hear is when the neon sign is lit. The doughnuts are hot off the cooking line.

I'm normally at the Mid Town location but I live closer to East Side. It is so nice, to the point that I feel as though I'm not going to a gym. It competes with the Alaska Club aesthetic while still being Body Renew. The staff were very helpful, given it was my first time at this location, and none judgemental.
The child care area looked clean and tidy, someone in there even without a child to watch. However, they should change the walls. The font looks like it belongs in Slenderman the game. Other than that, the room is very spacious. You can easily put ten children in there and they could have enough personal space, individually.
There is a lot more privacy in the locker rooms and it kind of feels like more of a spa day in there. The tanning booths have their own little room within the locker rooms. Very nice and spacious all around.
I had a wonderful experience at this location, I'll be going back and forth from Mid Town to East Side. Well done.

Ok. Now I LOVE Krispy Kreme donuts. I moved here from Atlanta, Georgia and in Atlanta, Krispy Kreme won the donut war decades ago, and for good reason: There is nothing better on this entire planet than a fresh, hot, Krispy Kreme plain glazed donut. That is a fact, and it is indisputable.
Unfortunately, I have yet to purchase what turns out to be a fresh, hot, donut of any kind at the Anchorage location of this Southern donut institution in the half dozen or more times I have driven over there from the west side of town. In fact, the last time I went to Krispy Kreme here in town, I ordered a dozen plain glazed donuts and, because of prior disappointments, specifically asked that they be from the freshest batch. Sadly, however, when I got them home, opened the box and took the first bite, it was plain to me that this box of donuts, which was purchased at about 4 in the afternoon, had been placed in the box at BEST in the early morning hours...and most probably the day before. They were hard and stale, but at the same time soggy on the surface from the glaze soaking in to the donut. They were so bad that not even the 8 seconds in the microwave trick could make them edible. The entire box went in the trash.
In the South, Krispy Kreme would have NEVER let this box of donuts out the front door of one of their shops...but I guess that in Anchorage, where there are so many people who do not really know their Krispy Kreme's, they think that this kind of nonsense will past muster.
They are WRONG.
Sorry Krispy Kreme. We Southerners know very well what a fresh Krispy Kreme donut is supposed to look like and taste like. And what you are doing to the Krispy Kreme name here in Alaska is a mortal sin, I tell you!!!!
Just because we are thousands of miles from North Carolina doesn't mean EVERYONE here is a Krispy Kreme n00b!!! Some of us are frakkin connoisseurs of your product, in fact. And we would rather wait for our next trip south to experience the bliss of a FRESH donut than sully the memories of a lifetime on the craptacular 'donuts' you are churning out to a population you think is too stupid to know they are not getting anything remotely close to a real Krispy Kreme donut experience.
You make me embarrassed that I went on for years to all my friends here about how great Krispy Kreme was. None of them are seeing the greatness I gushed about for years, and that pisses me off! So get your act together out there and start doing Krispy Kreme right!

How could anyone not LOVE hot fresh Krispy Kreme donuts, we ate a dozen and wished we could have more. Staff was super friendly and courteous, 10 out of 10 would enduldge again.

Not feelin it today and received feedback from the others I shared with as well that they were off. Customer service was off as well and my order incorrect. I have had better experiences in the past. Maybe just a bad day.

I went into Krispy Kreme this morning at about 9 a.m. Two customers in front of me. Four came in after me. When it was my turn, I stepped up to the counter - no one said anything. They waited on the girl behind me. I said "Excuse me, I was next". The lady said "we will be with you in a moment" They then proceeded to wait on 2 more people behind me. I got angry and told them "this is the worse service I have ever seen, and no donut is worth what you are charging anyway", and I walked out. If this is the kind of service you give, I will not return. By the way, all the people they helped before me were young people. :-)
An unsatisfied customer!!!

It's a Krispy Kreme. Good doughnuts from a good chain. As of this review, Anchorage has had some time to adjust to the fact that they finally have a chain doughnut shop, so the lines have finally died down, so you can finally get your doughnut without calling in late to work.

Waste of my time .waste of my money . Staff was very rude .Very disappointing, donuts were so small and very expensive also very very overly sweet and freezing cold .I can make better for myself at home for cheaper or I can just go to Carrs Safeway and buy more bigger donuts for cheaper That taste better. Also they didn't even have half of their menu ready and they ran out of some donuts never going here again I'll just stick with Carrs SafeWay down the street that taste way better and way cheaper
