Place is very clean, staff are quite accommodating and overall the experience was unique. Unlike most other donut shops they have a glass wall between their machines and the customer. Which allows you to watch them as they make the donuts, if you arrive when they open you can see them making dozens upon dozens upon the conveyors. Very mesmerizing to watch. They do have different hours though in the winter, they open 30 minutes later and close an hour earlier.

I had a order of two dozen donuts made the night prior to be picked up the next morning well past the normal opening business hours. They were not ready and were still being made. I don’t know how making two dozen donuts could be such a challenge especially when you give them a well advanced notice of their two most basic donuts in a two dozen order. Typically I don’t have an issue with Krispy Kreme, but they screwed the pooch on this one. There’s a reason why pick up times are supposed to be honored and met. People use these donuts for events and quite frankly the extra 20 minutes I had to spend made me late to the meeting I was supposed to be at even with proper back planning on my end. Not impressed.

Went in for the 25% off chocolate dozen with purchase of any dozen promo. Tried to purchase online but kept getting an error with the code even though it showed the coupon banner at the top of the order screen. Inside the store I was told they were not participating. Not happy but ordered a half dozen so the kids weren't disappointed. Went back online and used the search function that KK has to find participating franchises. The one that refused to honor the deal was listed as participating.

In addition to that, the employees were less than enthusiastic. One kid was running both the counter and the register. Several other employees were there ignoring customers. Two seemed to be cleaning or repairing the conveyor. This location seems to have employee problems that the manager/owner really need to get on top of as it is costing them money. I was going to spend more than double what I ended up spending if it hadn't been for the employee apparently not knowing about the promotion. Instead I left with a small order and unhappy and not likely to return in the future.

They have the best raspberry filled donuts! I love getting a couple of donuts and a cup of coffee or cocoa...yummy! The employees are always kind and courteous and very helpful. It's very comfortable to sit and enjoy your delicious treats alone or with friends and family...

Valentine's donuts, the cute hearts are not at this location. The lady said we have the donuts without the words! I only seen one color, the poster shows many... it's not the donuts I was hoping to buy. Please place a sign up saying sold out or remove the poster so customers aren't waiting in line only to hear we don't have the donuts were advertising.

Got donuts and coffee. Hubby ordered a medium caramel latte and I ordered a small mocha. Mine did not taste right so another employee remade the order and it was just right. After husband drank all his coffee he realized his was a mocha and then I realized my first coffee was the caramel latte. Lol. Other then the little mix up it was good.

I have gone in many times trying to get apple fritters, they NEVER have them. Haven't been in in awhile because of that. Finally decided to try again; they sold the last one to a woman in front of me at 11:15am on Sunday. W..T...F. If you can't consistently produce something on the menu, why offer it at all?!?!? I will never go back.

Wonderfully clean, friendly staff, and prepared to go that extra mile. I was curious about their rewards program and the cashier explained it. She even handed me a menu, which was honestly handy, to have all the products condensed onto one page.

Some of the customers on the other hand were callous at best, but this is a review of the company and employees. I'd have no problem coming back to this establishment, it is certainly nicer than I had anticipated.

With all of Krispy Kreme's incredibly generous promotional events, including doling out tens of millions of donuts to first responders this past year and the ongoing 2021 free dozen fore graduating high school and university seniors, I have no problem supporting them in the future.

As a nice gesture my husband thought about getting a dozen donuts for his office this morning. We arrived at 7:15, there were a few cars ahead of us but thought it should go quickly, just donuts right? It is now 7:45, we are ready to order, have been for the last 30 minutes, but we are STILL waiting. My husband is now 20 minutes late for work. So much for the nice gesture. We will not return to this store.
