Krispy Kreme Doughnuts

You ever go somewhere with the most serious craving?? You travel across town just for this specific craving and you get there expecting a warm box of delicious, freshly made donuts...but instead, you pull up to a dead drive-thru only to be handed a COLD a** box of donuts that you could have purchased at the supermarket. 😑 😑😪!!!

Doughnuts are great! My son loves to go here on his birthday, but I wish there was some vegan options for me. Krispy Kreme is getting a 2 star rating because the employees always act really hostile and the location is at a really weird spot. I asked an employee recently asking for the ingredients in their doughnuts and they were clueless.

Golden Donuts is still better. This place is so busy just because of the hype around Krispy Kreme. But it's just a donut. I bought a 12 pack, and honestly, they are just like any other donuts I've had before. I don't see what the big deal is. I don't think Golden Donuts will be going out of a business anytime soon either. Are the donuts suppose to be hot or something? You could always take some home and microwave them ya know? Did you expect them to keep them heated or something? My glazed donuts came the same way when ya buy a box off the folks who use to slang em off the corner, cold.

Good product. Manager not friendly at all. For the price, I expect decent customer service. We spent fifty dollars on doughnuts, and manager couldn't refill a coffee. A small cup of coffee, not a latte. Krispy Kreme as a company should focus on customer service. Seems like most stores have attitude that you can't live without their overpriced doughnuts. This store was the same.

Like all doughnut shops, this one is highly addictive! What's great though is the friendliness of the staff. I've had awesome interactions both inside and in the drive thru. Excellent presentation of the different doughnuts and a very easy to read menu (I always give bonus points to fixed menus because changing screens annoy the heck outta me). This is the place to be for a hot fresh treat on a cold day or if you're just craving doughnuts!

I ordered their mixed donuts online & clicked on "specific donuts" I wanted in my box. When I got there my "specific online order" was not created. Staff told me they didn't have access to what I selected. It was disappointing cause I drove 30 mins out of way to pick up my order.

I'd give 4 but unfortunately No Free Doughnuts when the hot n ready sign is on like in the states.
The service is my favorite aspect - all their employees are great. Its basically the Mcdonalds of the doughnut world.. but they're pretty delicious, regardless.

Staff is fast and friendly. It's nice to have a Krispy Kreme in town. But don't expect a free donut when the Hot & Fresh sign is on - this store doesn't participate.

Last time i came here i asked for their glazed latte or something and they put milk and coffee no flavor it was nasty and donuts were cold this time i came it said they were open till 8 i came at 5 no one was even working there and I know I wasn't miss reading the schedule because this happened to three others while i was in the parking lot trying to call the restraunt
