Krispy Kreme Doughnuts

Employee's are very friendly, helpful, and fast. There fresh made daily donuts are well worth the price, and if you have children I'm sure they would enjoy watching the donuts making process happen.

Love this place but my location is always closed when it is supposed to be open. Why post hours?

Darcy has the best customer service. She even marked my mocha with an M...thank you Darcy....very polite and friendly....you make donuts funner😂

Absolutely awful, not worth the over dollar per. I was in less than half-an-hour after opening and yet doughnuts were still cold. Coffee is garbage, tastes burnt. Also there is an absolute lack of selection, no maple with cream filling or custard filling, just chocolate also maybe six selections on coffee ( not even white chocolate mocha) and I get that it is extremely early, but that is their job and I expect to see more than one smile total between all employees when I walk into a doughnut shop. 0/10 Will never return.

Ok, Krispy Kreme doughnuts are wonderful and though for health reasons one should not rate them 5 Stars but we only live once and some indulgence is good for you.
It is fun to be able to watch the doughnuts actually being made right in front of you, boxed up fresh and still warm.
Everyone should at least experience this once in their life, ok maybe a few more times than once...

Never had anything but a standard Krispy kreme glazed donut, which are great. We were nearby and decided to try some of their other offerings, I got a chocolate "kreme" filled, and wasn't a huge fan. I was expecting more of a Boston creme but it was similar to the cheap icing you get on grocery store cupcakes, the lemon filled was pretty standard.

I've been to to this location a few times since it has opened (familiar with Krispy Kreme from lower 48) and the staff has been extremely friendly. I'm not sure if it is still an issue or not however this location did not have all the expected doughnut varieties that locations in the lower 48 have yet when I have visited a few times over the last few months. The last time I went I was picking up 3 dozen doughnuts take take to some new friends in Barrow, AK the next morning and guy helping me helped to pack up the 3 boxes so that they would "survive" the airport, TSA, plane, etc. When we got to Barrow the next morning the doughnuts looks just like they did when I picked them up and to say they went fast would be an understatement. They recently changed from 24 hours to more traditional hours however there just wasn't enough people to justify staying open 24/7 which is understandable.

Good donuts, but they do not have the specials offered by their notifications. At least for the items I have tried. I always feel like they are the poster bearer for 'bait and switch.' Not on the top of my list of places to return.

Thank you to Mr. Clarence and all your staff at your Anchorage store. I came all the way from the east coast for some Krispy Kreme donuts and y'all did not disappoint me. You are the best and I appreciate the great service and delicious donuts!!!

Good doughnut but super bad customer service. The lady that serve me was nice tho. But the other one with the headset on got some attitude. I didnt get her name unfortunately. It was around 1pm today Monday (April 15,2019) she doesnt seem to like what shes doing she looks annoyed and all. She shouldn't be working in this field.
