Kids loved their ice cream, especially the blue cookie monster. Sandwich is great. They have some yummy quick-pickles that come with the sandwich. Tasty hazy IPA. The only complaint is the speed of service. They seemed a little disorganized.

Coffee is excellent but workers are rude and lack southern charm.

This place was awesome. Greatest staff, and get the gelato iced coffee... It was to die for!!!

We visited the store while on vacation and enjoyed their extensive and beautifully curated retail selections, as well as their coffee blends. Upon returning home to the Midwest, we fell in love with their winter blend and thought it’d be the perfect addition to holiday gift baskets. I contacted the store, and Cassie was more than happy to ship several boxes of coffee to us! The coffee arrived very quickly, was packaged really well and smelled delightful. If we don’t make it back to OBA, we know The Southern Grind is a business we will continue to support!

Okay food and terrible service. Just like every other tourist trap restaurant down here
Edit (since they replied but Google doesn't give me an opportunity to reply to their reply):
Thanks for assuming that my review was in response to wait times and crowds, and not the apathy of your staff. You weren't busy at all when I visited. The girl at the register didn't care, the guy making the drinks didn't care, they all treated me like I was an annoyance. Maybe if you would hire better people?

Beautiful shop! Several options on their menu from the menu for the whole family. I only gave 4 out of 5 stars because we felt like we were rushed to order and leave.

Food was good for what it was. Nice friendly staff.

Food is FANTASTIC! Not kidding. The salads are delicious. All the sandwiches are great! If you’re at The Whatf and everywhere else has a wait you can definitely get a surprisingly wonderful meal here

Great little spot to hang come rain or shine. It's a little noisy, but that's fairly typical of a modern coffee shop. The service is nice and fun and communicative, but the last few times I've been they've been more ready for me to stop asking questions than to help me figure out what they have to offer. Which is the biggest problem in my opinion, they offer some great stuff but it isn't easy to figure everything available. Everywhere I looked there was something else I could have gotten and no one seemed to want to help me or upsale anything. Now for the positive: awesome atmosphere! Awesome specials and food! Awesome caffeine and non-caffeine drinks! The prices aren't too bad unless you want to buy a trinket on one of the many displays. Everything has been very clean. I keep coming back because it's clean, good and the atmosphere so very welcoming. Thanks Southern Grind!

Good service, but the food is over priced. Two store bought sugar waffle sold for $12.
