Blue Plate Cafe

The food was wonderful, the service was great and the restaurant was very clean. I had a bowl of chicken vegetable soup and a fruit plate that I shared with my daughter. She had a BLT with Steak Fries and we both had sweet tea. I took a picture of our food since we didn't have the regular meat and vegetables that most people get. If you are ever at Blue Plate and at check out they have blueberry muffins for sale, I highly recommend them! They are baked fresh daily!

This place is a gem! The service is top notch, the food is delivered immediately and always arrives hot, fresh, and tasty. It's the kind of place where they make you feel like family. It can be a quick bite, or a leisure spot to read the newspaper/scroll on your phone. We highly recommend it!!

In my opinion the best comfort food in Town. Almost as good as grandmother's soul food cooking. Awesome servers. Great ambiance! I love this place. It was my fiance's first time here he thoroughly enjoyed it. He was cautious at first about the chopped steak lol but I'm talked him into it😍. He raved at the greens. I had chicken fingers cabbage black eyed peas and hash brown casserole...that casserole was off the chain. Our server Lucy was wonderful!!!!

Great meal. Blue plate meal with choice 3 sides or 2 and dessert. Overall great selection and menu. Fast, delicious and friendly. Sharee was my server. Absolutely amazing. Quick, efficient with a winning personality!! Definitely made the visit even better.

My first visit. Staff is super nice, large portions of food, great flavor and choices. Had kids meal. Hard to park is only draw back.

This was the second visit here since my husband and I were in Huntsville, and their food is absolutely delicious. We love their peach cobbler! Great service and the staff is very friendly.

The blue plate was pretty good. Not a bad stop. The staff was great and the food was good. I would come again to try something else on the menu. Next time I'm in town I will probably come back.

We have tried most eateries in Huntsville, but Blue Plate has the best wholesome well balanced and great tasting meals and is by far the best around. The menu is just like grandma used to cook for country folks. We especially like the cleanliness and service to top it off. Whole foods from scratch and not processed. The Veggies are absolutely fresh and great. Only downside is finding a parking place at lunch.
