First time here. My sister and I got the peppermint dark and peppermint white iced and they both were delicious. The people are extremely friendly and helpful. I really like that they show and support local artists. Definitely a new favorite!

Try the mudslide and you will be beyond surprised. Unbelievable and I had the sugar free white chocolate...the best tasting coffee..and eating a praline that is home made. It doesn't surprise me that this place is packed

The coffee here is absolutely amazing HOWEVER the staff decided to help themselves to a tip without my consent after I left I will never ever go back here stealing from your customers is down right low and disgusting really glad I second guessed buying merchandise I am all about supporting local small businesses but this is absolutely unacceptable you have forever lost my business

No seating except outside, seriously? In the Alabama heat? I was SO incredibly disappointed when we visited today. Don’t get me wrong, the coffee is wonderful, as it always has been. But…why?

Listen, I know that nobody cares and that this is a first world problem, but I just finished grad school after two years, and the only thing I wanted to do was go sit at The Coffee Loft with my mom and daughter and leisurely drink a cup of coffee. That’s it. Just finally enjoy a Saturday where there was no time limit, project, or deadline. I have been looking forward to it for months and counting down to my first free weekend. I wondered why there were only a few cars in the parking lot and thought we had lucked out and that it wasn’t busy. Man was I wrong. I don’t think it’s a ridiculous thing to expect to have a place to sit in a COFFEE SHOP.

This is my favorite coffee shop on Alabama. Every time I drive down here I come nearly every day. I get the grass hopper!

Place.smells so good I've had coffee everywhere local this is the best there avocado toast is awesome good prices they don't require a mortgage loan for a coffee like Starbucks and others

If they are super busy, order a cold drink if you need to get out fast, hot drinks gets a little backed up due to just the time consuming nature.
