There were seven of us, we all ordered something different. Even the liver and onions! Some had drinks. Everyone loved their food. I had the tuna melt which I haven't had for a long time and it was delicious and perfectly cooked. Service was excellent! It's a small casual place, and good. I know they cater as well and someone who I know used them as caterers was always pleased.

So many good reviews and I concur! I did lunch and would recommend 10/10. Beautiful retro decor, delicious food, and very kind and wonderful staff.

Finally made it to The Mint Cafe, usually a line but today walked right in. Nice clean diner atmosphere. Ordered the special, Eggs Benedict. Eggs were perfectly poached, sauce was excellent, Canadian Bacon was smokey and delicious, hashbrowns golden and crispy! Also ordered the pesto and feta cheese omelet. Eggs were fluffy and perfect, delicious filling. Someone really knows how to cook eggs here. As I was about to thank our server and tell her that was the best Eggs Benedict I ever had I overheard an elderly lady in another booth telling her server that the cinnamon roll she just ate was the best she ever had. I though to myself, if anyone knows cinnamon rolls it's this lady, so next time I come in I know what I'm ordering, Eggs Benedict and a cinnamon roll!!!

Look, it is cheap and filling and if that is what you a looking for, go for it, but what we ordered was not a quality meal. However the ice creams is good. We did look at other customers meals. Toasted sandwiches looked good. But you can't get a barista made coffee. Drinks are post mix not in a bottle. However, the service was great.

Lovely little traditional style diner with bits of memorabilia from throughout it's history. The food was all fantastic and the service was wonderful.

Julie from Mint Cafe was fantastic to work with for our wedding. Instead of trying to up-sell us, she made genuine recommendations based on what our wants were. She was quick to respond and very thorough in her communication. For example, I was asking her last-minute dietary questions for guests, and she responded quickly with great detail. On the wedding day she arrived on time, had plenty of food, and it tasted great. She saved the day for us, because our wedding cake was supposed to be pre-cut when it arrived, but it wasn't. She told us not to worry about it, and she would take care of it. Just amazing.

First time there by recommendation. Was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! So glad that we went!!! Lunch on a Friday, busy but we did get seated.I had a mushroom Swiss burger which I changed to cheddar cheese, Cole slaw and changed to onion rings with a side of ranch dressing. Burger was cooked medium. Burger was VERY juicy. Onion rings seemed to be beer battered. Tasted fantastic....not too greasy. Cole slaw was great as well. My husband had a gyro. He thoroughly enjoyed it as well. French fries were really good with the skins on. Very friendly staff. Service was great!! Very reasonably priced. We both highly recommend. We will go back next time we're in the area!! We have been there 2 more times. Both were equally awesome!!
