The food was excellent! Huge portions and good prices! We really enjoyed the atmosphere and our waitress was super friendly and accommodating. The strawberry rhubarb parfait muffin was amazing! Definitely will stop back again when in Waupaca!

This is a quaint breakfast /lunch place on the main drag in downtown Waupaca with a fifties vibe. Homemade breads and pies. Good coffee and interesting food. We had omelettes which were excellent. My home made raisin toast was the best I have had in many a year. Based on the burgers we saw being served we need to go back and try those. If we lived close by it would be our go to place. We will definitely be back. Staff were friendly and entertaining and unfazed by special requests. The restaurant was very clean as were the bathrooms. We were there close to the end of their workday. I highly reccommend.

If you are looking for a cute small town diner experience for an omelette, sandwich, etc. this is a great spot. Always good service and the food is what you'd expect with good portion sizes. It could use some new vinyl on the booth seats and things like that, but maybe not because that is part of the charm. Also, if you like rye toast, they make their own and it is delicious.

excellent customer service, food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was great, as always. everyone working had such a positive attitude and made us feel welcome the moment we stepped inside. it was nice to see the owner working the floor and helping her team. we love Little Fat Gretchen's and had a great dining experience.

We absolutely love little fat Gretchen's! The food is always good in unique. The wait staff is very friendly and accommodating. Any food option you go with I guarantee you will be happy. But make sure it's a special because those things are the best!

Was in town for a hockey tournament and oh my gosh was the food GREAT. The pancakes were HUGE. Get one because that's all you need. The food was excellent and I will be making a special trip an hour away just to come back for the breakfast. The staff was so friendly and courteous. Service was excellent.

I can't give this place enough stars. They were packed even though their street has been completely closed for a while. We had to walk to it from an adjoining street and wait 20 minutes to get in but well worth it. The food came out quickly.
