Crowded on a Sunday morning yet the wait was quick. Hearty breakfast, great service and amazingly quick! Nice place to find in downtown.

This used to be a fun and engaging place. Food was good and priced well. Our visit two months ago was a disappointment. My Bacon on toast sandwich was limp and without flavor. I had three half pieces of bacon between two slices of barely toasted bread. You no longer got fries with you sandwich. They threw a few baked chips on the plated that were over salty. The place was very dark inside at noon. I had to ask the waitress to open the blinds so I could see the menu clearer. She was accommodating. Bathroom is outdated. Waitress was semi attentive. I had to flag her down for a refill of very weak ice tea. They had no lemon on hand, which is how I drink my sugar free tea. We were disappointed.

We stumbled upon Little Fat Gretchens in the midst of quarantine. We ordered curbside and have since been back a few times for lunch! The menu is so unique, everything is homemade and SO delicious! It’s a cute, small town diner vibe that makes it feel like you’re eating right at home! Definitely recommend.

Always good food and daily specials. I love the speciality lattes which you never know what will be created next. At times they're very busy but worth the wait. Wonderful staff, homemade pies and unique interior makes this place feel like home. I highly recommend since I've eaten there several times for breakfast and lunch.

Great food in a fun kitschy setting. We had banana bread french toast and a jalapeno popper burger, both very good. Friendly service.

I like that they have great vegetarian options. I do wish they had gluten free bread/deserts. Place is usually very busy but the food is good and has different options than most small town diners. I enjoy all the different artwork available for sale on the walls.

Great food and service in an environment that is very comfortable.

Well i can certainly understand why people love this place. Its a cute restaurant and the prices are so low…however that may be why what i ate disagreed with me.
Everything tasted okay, the service was fine, but i personally wouldnt go back based on the stomach issues it caused.

Family friendly and small town atmosphere. Food is always fresh and tasty and there's always great options for breakfast and lunch for both the adults and kids alike.

My family (wife and kid) will always stop by this wonderful restaurant anytime we are staying or passing by Waupaca. The staff is super friendly and accommodating.

We like trying the daily specials and anything else our server suggests. This past weekend we tried the Egg Benedict with crab cakes and were so delicious. We also noticed the "character" drawings on the wall were of all the employees. A really neat feature with the rest of the wall art and decorations.

Such a great place. Big portions, friendly service, good food.
