Customer service was pretty bad. They never acknowledged us or said anything to my friends or me for almost 10 minutes while we waited at the counter. They weren't busy, there was no line. I heard this place was good but this was a turn off. The two workers literally had their backs turned away from us the whole time. We left without ordering.

Our family are frequent flyers of both the drive-through and dine-in. We've had just about everything on the menu & its all good. Ice cream, coffee, waffles, shaved ice, smoothies, baked goods, sandwiches,... and even that boba tea drink with the exploding flavor-balls sucked through the garden-hose equivalent of a straw (you know... the gold standard beverage for young, trendy "influencers"). Icki Sticki never disappoints.

I had a vanilla malt and it was AMAZING!

Very friendly service. Ice cream was great of course, has as many flavors as a Chocolate Shoppe location. Wife had a scone which she said was delicious. Will be back to try the shave ice (tons of options), other bakery, as well as the coffee. Prices are fair as well!

Fast service, great ice cream and even boba tea! The baked goodies there were delicious too and there's even a enormous gumball machine to bring you back to the good ol' days! Definitely worth stopping in for a sweet treat to enjoy

Ice cream shop. Smoothies and bubble tea. The workers were very friendly. I was disappointed by the ice cream selection. They didn't even have chocolate chip cookie dough, vanilla, carmel swirl, etc. Too many boojie flavors. The shop was extremely clean, but it lacked charm.

Love the variety of options and regularly changing ice cream choices plus the drive thru is great for delicious morning lattes.

So cute! New to the area and wanted to try out the local coffee scene. The barista made me her favorite drink and even did it with oat milk! (Score!) the waffles were absolutely banging. And all of the employees just made such a comfortable environment and talked to me like we were friends, which, coming from the south, I love so so so much. It’s going to become my favorite spot! This shop is so cute! The service is great and the ice cream is delicious! I loved the latte I had! And my kids enjoyed the play area and classic games on the tables. Make sure you try the cinnamon buns! 😍
