Alice Good Specialty Coffee

Excellent place for coffee. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and the service was fast. I had a pour over and it was amazing, creamy with hints of fruit. Coffee was so good I bought a bag after the staff explained the coffee in detail. I did not have food this visit but the couple next to me had the avacado toast. It looked very impressive and could easily be a meal. Can't wait for my next visit to get food. Good prices as well. Update on this visit I had the raspberry Ricotta toast. Outstanding everyone in my party loved the place.

Cafe latte is exceptional; light and airy setting for sharing conversation, study, off site work location or just a quick snack. The almond croissant was a bit extreme with almond filling and drizzle. It removed the texture of a truly good croissant. 1/4 of the filling would make this perfect as the flavor was still very good.
Bloom cafe baked goods is definitely a plus to pair with the espresso, coffees or r teas.

One of my favorite coffee shops in the Madison area. The mission is fantastic and the staff are always warm and welcoming. I love how much seating they have so you never feel cramped if you are working remotely or just enjoying a coffee.

We got a latte and a cappuccino. Both were delicious and were made with quality coffee. The almond croissant and morning bun from Bloom Bakery that they sold here were also awesome. There was live music while we were there, which really added to the light and welcoming vibe of this coffee shop. We plan to be back!

A lovely Saturday morning coffee experience. I had the coffee/chocolate pairing as well as a butter croissant. My wife had a flat white and chocolate donut. All was excellent, but equally great was the warm and welcoming staff which we really appreciated. Space was clean and warm, an inviting spot to spend time. Dog friendly, and we were offered a special treat for our pooch. Love the backstory as well.

We shared the alles gut (3 different coffees paired with chocolate), and was most impressed by the Condor. The fermentation was very apparent and made the drink very fruity. Staff were incredibly helpful and there were plenty of seats/couches.

Nice place. Very open concept, minimalist, with smooth textures and bright. The complete opposite of what it used to be a year ago! I found that amusing. I ordered a small cold brew with hazelnut and oatmilk, to go, for $4.75. It was very good and not too bitter so no complaints there.

Cups and straws are "commerciallly compostable". The small is child size IMHO after a full cup of ice displacement.

Food options are typical for coffee house and typical in price.

That aside, there is plentiful free street parking on three side and across the street.

Staff were very kind and helpful.

They have a back area for lounging with friends or groups with a faux fireplace. Not sure what the plans are for what used to be the back lounge room to the left of the registers. I do hope they keep it as a lounge area!

Great coffee! Absolutely love the Condor pour over. Had to get two cups, so I could dip the buttered croissant into one of them. All the staff are so friendly and passionate about Alice Good. They also use recycled glass for their water cups and take pride in sourcing Columbian items.

Welcoming environment. Incredible coffee with knowledgeable baristas. We also were allowed to bring in our small dog. The pastries were delicious! Overall, a very pleasant coffee place. We will be back! ☕️

Wow. The staff here are amazing. They could not be any nicer. They made my first visit here a really pleasant experience. I’ve only been able to try their iced mocha (they source their chocolate directly from Colombia!…yum). I can’t wait to go back and try some more from their menu. The decor here is also clean and natural and has a comfy lounge with a fireplace to relax. Very inviting.
