Icki Sticki

Good ice cream. There were lots of flavor options, and they give free samples. They also have a giant gumball machine. Pretty cool place.

I've been a customer of Icki Sticki since they were a hole in the wall in downtown Mount Horeb, but quite honestly I've been disappointed in their business recently. Today I waited quite a while for my drink when it wasn't even crazy busy, and then when I tried to purchase something else the workers seemed to not notice me at the counter.

As someone who works at a restaurant, I understand that orders are sometimes forgotten about, but the problem here seemed to be that the store was understaffed and that roles were not delegated properly. In this case, there was only one barista attending to both in-store and drive-thru orders. One would think that a business with 3 locations would make sure to staff them enough so that all responsibilities can be handled concurrently. It feels like Icki Sticki has so much to offer on their menu that they're trying to do too much at once, and as a result, workers are being spread too thin and customer experiences are suffering.

Such a great place. Everything from dozens of delicious flavors of ice cream, amazing coffee, to pastries and bubble tea. Very clean, modern looking store with amazing staff. They’ll customize your order exactly to your liking, so have at it!
We were camping in the area and stumbled upon the store and decided to treat the kids. It was so good we ended up going there every day of our camping trip (3 times).

So glad we found this little gem! Had EVERYTHING we love! Coffee, boba tea, cotton candy, ice cream, quiche, waffles…. 👌. The staff was super friendly and helpful and it was great to see their pay it forward board. A must stop on your drive through. Great for date night or families on a road trip. We will be back!

I needed a quick spot to stop and I decided to stop here. Boy, am I glad I did. First and most importantly, the coffee is really good. Any of the flavored stuff is gonna be delicious — I had a Gingerbread Cookie Cold Brew. It was delicious. Perfectly flavored, sweet but not overwhelmingly so.
Probably the best part of this place is the “Be Kind Pay It Forward” wall. You can purchase a drink for a stranger. They label the receipt, and then that person can use the pre purchased drink. So cool. I bought a drink for a nurse, bc my wife is a nurse, and if anyone needs a little extra kindness in their lives these days, it’s nurses.

We love going to Icki Sticki and eating our icecream outside! So many delicious flavors of icecream to choose from!

Was really happy to see this building opened back up to another drive thru. So tired of mcdonalds being the only drive thru for breakfast in the area. I got ham, egg, and cheese croissant. It was really good and used a real egg vs powdered eggs. The hame was great too. Also got a cookie dough shake that was amazing. Had a huge selection of hand packed ice cream and a decent sized menu. Will be back.
