Great Northern Coffee Traders

Best coffee around hands down. So good in fact when you ask where/who is their supplier/roaster they won't tell 'cause competition wants to know as well. Yes, it's that good of coffee!!

My husband and I ran out of coffee on Sunday morning and decided to stop in Great Northern. Great atmosphere. Staff was friendly as busy would allow. Did not order food. Stood in a long line. No prepackaged coffee, but lots of prepackaged teas. All in all waited about 25 minutes for a pound of ground coffee. Hope it's good.

Great place to get coffee. Prices are extremely reasonable given how touristy the town is. They are only allowing call-in orders right now but the service is extremely fast and friendly. I will definitely be going back again.

One of the cutest coffee shops in town. The owners are wonderful and can even recognize regulars. Everything they offer is amazing and awesome, and good for you! Definitely a great place to spend a day off or day out.

The service is friendly and quick. Even when they’re busy (which is often). My friend and I toured all the coffee shops in the Minocqua area and we determined this one to be the best, hands down.

Good macchiato but service was on the slow side. There was a sign referencing. I would visit again but not if I am crunched for time.

The coffee was ok, but not fantastic. The mocha cream bavarian was amazing! I would go to this coffee shop again just to get that. It was the best pastry I've ever gotten from a coffee shop (rich and very delectable). The staff were focused, swift, and cordial. The atmosphere was warm and wonderful. Would go here again!

Been to Minocqua many times had never tried this place, but it was really good. Fun environment, all wood interior, nic-nacs for sale, lots of people there. Plenty of seating. The prices were a bit high, but the drinks were very good, plenty of food available as well. The staff was fairly friendly.

Stopped twice while visiting. Great selection with good prices and friendly staff.

Wonderful coffee shop with a really nice and welcoming staff. Always happy to make this a early morning stop, especially because they play great music too (love John Prine).
