Yola's Cafe and Coffee Shop of Madison

The breakfast sandwich was really good, the banana waffle was amazing. The coffee was good too. One of our servers seemed to be having a pretty bad day, brought my food and dropped it in front of me then slammed the syrup on the table, it made my husband and I jump it was so loud. I don’t think I had angered her, that was the first time I had come in contact with her. Everyone else was very pleasant. It was pretty smokey from cooking in there, not sure if that is normal.

A great place for a healthy breakfast. I ordered the Vegetable Frittata and it was delicious. The best medium roast coffee around. We dined inside, but there is also an nice outdoor area if the weather is nice. Thank Yolas!

I just had the (NEW) Ham and Gouda sandwich here. It comes with carmilzed onions and cranberries on one of those dark bun/rolls. It was so delicious. There are a lot of great sandwiches here, along with other very good food. I took this sandwich to go, but they have a cozy sitting area, too.

Yola's is so awesome. The servers are so conscientious and the prices great. They have all the great coffee and tea options. The waffles are a great touch which fortunately gives everyone access to waffle condiments such a maple syrup, honey, cinnamon, etc.

I went to quickly try the "best waffles in Madison" and they were ok. Not bad but definitely would not call "best waffles in Madison".
Coffee was mediocre to ok.
Price was not worth the value in my opinion.
The setting however, was good. Outside seats and a quiet area surrounding it makes for a good morning.

Decent food. Although my roast beef sandwich only had a few slices of meat. For $8 I expected a lot more. If you want quality and quantity try cousins. Good atmosphere. Probably won’t be returning. I expected more for our money!

Absolutely no complaints. This turned into our new favorite cafe/coffee place. The Belgium waffles and to die for. The coffee is perfectly balanced between sweet and bitter, to the point where you can actually taste the flavor it's supposed to be. Definitely coming back as soon as possible.

Great spot for lunch, breakfast or to grab coffee while you work or study. Waffles were delicious but don't forget to grab some of their amazing hand made baked goods before you leave!

Even though I live way on the opposite side of Madison, I make it a point to come to Yola's as often as possible! They are locally owned and operated with excellent food and drink options with the most polite and competent staff. Their coffee is out of this world, but I think their waffles are even better. They have seasonal options and keep the menu fresh so there is always something new to try. This place is fantastic!!

Clean friendly staff. Coffee is good. Did not eat.
