LOVE Yola's! Super cozy, excellent food & coffee! Truthfully, I have never even tried the Belgian Waffles (because I always get something else), but the smell is heavenly and the aroma comes out the door when you open it. YUM! I used to live right around the corner from Yola's, but now I drive out of my way from the far side of Middleton to visit, simply because I love this local coffee, breakfast, lunch restaurant. Highly recommend.

Such a lovely venue, and the employees were so genuine and sweet. The monthly tornado sirens went off as our server was bringing us our food, and we got to explain that's just normal here since they weren't from WI. šŸ˜…šŸ’– The outdoor area is just wonderful!

They have a great options for breakfast and lunch food and the drinks are always good. Good selection of teas as well. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Its a great place to relax and have a cup of coffee and read a book or hang out with friends

Granola is yummy with their yogurt. Coffee is always very tasty. My initial review was a comment about the staff. I have to say that I did receive a very nice phone call from the owner about my review and I feel that this is a warm and friendly establishment that really cares about its customers. Therefore I am editing my review to compliment and say ā€œthank youā€ for the immediate response I received about my comments. I do enjoy having meetings here several times a week and will continue to do so.

I got a breakfast sandwich and banana bread.
The banana bread was MOLDY!!! And I'm not talking about a tiny amount, it was like 3in sqaure section of mold and more small dots for mold around! Super nasty! So I called the store and tried to give them a chance to make it right. They failed miserably! I drove all the way back to show them the moldy bread and and the lady just brushed it off like no big deal! Then she gave me a new slice from a fresh loaf and a card for an other breakfast sandwich. Saying the a muffin would cost more and I would need to pay the difference!! She served me mold!!! Does she not understand how gross that is? I don't go out for breakfast to eat MOLD!
Normally the food is really good they make great banana bread but I don't know if I can eat their again after this.
Also the avocado on the sandwich was super hard and normally that wouldn't be a big deal, but considering the above issue it seemed worth mentioning.

I love Yola's Cafe! Not only is it warm and cozy, full of delicious beverages and food, it's a great meeting place to meet my clients. As a small business owner, I appreciate comfortable seating and a friendly atmosphere to bring prospective clients. The staff is fabulous and the food is very reasonably priced for the quality (local and some organic). Thanks for creating a great atmosphere Yola's!

Tasty lattes (think, Pete's coffee or Barriques or Caribou - not Starbucks) and yummy waffles. Has outdoor seating and some breakfast pastries too. Just overall a nice place.

Very welcoming and cozy place, with a great vibe. The staff is super friendly, their specialty expresso is flavorful and their food is delicious, my favorite sandwich is Ham & Gouda paired with their Hot Mocha.
Perfect place for Breakfast, Lunch or working remotely.

Yola's is definitely a place best experienced in person. We have used the curbside pick up service a few times and have had mixed experiences. If you do use their curbside pick up, double check your bag to be sure you have everything you ordered. I give them credit for throwing in a free scone and coffee token for my extra trip back for the forgotten items.

Some things about Yolaā€™s are always wonderful: thereā€™s good variety on the menu and the baked goods are reliably yummy, the flowers on the tables are a really nice touch, the WiFi is strong no matter how busy they are. But while some visits are a total pleasure (friendly staff, foodā€™s great), lately service has gone downhill. My drink order has gotten lost more than once, ingredients have been missing from a breakfast sandwich, eggs have been undercooked more than once, the person bringing out my food hasnā€™t acknowledged my ā€œthank youā€ in any way... frequently. Little things individually that add up! The whole vibe of the place is friendly and cozy, but my experiences there have been increasingly unfriendly. It makes me sad because Yolaā€™s can be really great and itā€™s the kind of place Iā€™d like to support. Iā€™m put off by the issues outlined above, so Iā€™ve moved from multiple trips a week to not going at all recently. 3 stars because itā€™s a 5 star experience totally worth recommending... or a 2 star experience Iā€™m embarrassed to have talked up to friends. I hope to give it another try and be impressed again.
