Blue Horse Beach Cafe

Not a sit down restaurant with servers. Order at the counter and hope to find somewhere to sit. Lovely view of the Lake from the small seating area. I would have given 5 stars as they were very busy and everyone working hard but my order had to be recooked (ordered a vegan burrito but got a beef one originally) - order was corrected promptly and staff apologetic - glad we didn't pick up to go. Chai tea very tasty. Will definitely revisit.

Friendly staff, quick service, good coffee and great vegan/vegetarian options. A refreshing stop in Door County, which doesn't have too many places with veg options. The vegan burrito with cilantro rice, black beans, sweet potatoes and their sauce was excellent. They have a nice outdoor dining area at the back.

Our favorite breakfast and coffee spot while visit for Door County! I was sad to see the ‘Meatzilla’ fall off the menu the last time I was there only to find out it is actually there as a secret item! But be warned, if you eat the Meatzilla, plan on not needing any more food for the rest of the day! A must stop for the coffee and breakfast sandwich lover!

Fast, friendly service. Food was good for the area...beat we've had so far. The mango curry chicken salad (no photo) was delicious and the quinoa salad with roasted various and onions was pleasantly refreshing. We plan to visit again!

Unbelievable plant based burger! The vegan sauce and toppings are so creamy and savory! Great view, too.

Everything was delicious! I am so glad to know that the Blue Horse is open year round! Everything on the menu sounds delicious, the staff is kind and efficient, and the space is bright and inviting. I look forward to returning!

We loved the turkey sandwich after a long hike! So yummy! Homemade pasta was good too :)

We were happy to find Blue Horse open mid-afternoon during shoulder season. The sandwich and salad came out quickly and were pretty good. We chose to eat at the Fish Creek Beach across the street - would also recommend! Would definitely go back for coffee.
