The best crab soup in my whole life. The cafe is very cozy. It feels like you belong there. Chicken salad sandwich was good too. But soup was mind blowing. My next time here i will check out their coffee. Thank you for an axellent service and fresh flowers on each table.

My son and I stopped here to fuel up before a bike ride. We sampled a lot of different things - and loved everything. The muffins and dense and delicious. Great service and reasonable prices.

The food is delicious. I read that food will take over 45 min but we were a table of 7 and we got our dishes in leas than 20 min. The barista is awesome, try their Chai. Food is super fresh and made at the time.

This place is fantastic. It was our first time here. There was a line out the door, but it moved fast. Our beverages were done in minutes and our food in less than 10. Tons of baked goods, fresh quality ingredients. Great service and phenomenal food. The owner was taking orders and running the register, she was very kind and helped us with our decisions as literally everything on the menu looks and sounds delicious. She is doing everything right. Great to see a local small business not just surviving, but thriving!!!

Was glad to have vegan option with their grain bowl. However they served it with chicken. Told them so they took it back to the kitchen and then re-served it with the chicken picked out—except for one piece (see photo). Had to ask them to remake it. Shouldn’t have to take three tries to get what we ordered.

The coffee was very good and the biscuits and gravy were amazing but I’d be lying if I said the macarons were worth it because they were not. We looked at the price with was 6 for $10 I believe and these were the smallest saddest macarons I’ve ever seen.. maybe change the name to mini macarons( p.s. I have the worlds babiest hands and they look small in my hands for size reference)

My friends and I read good things about this place for brunch so we wanted to try it out. There was a bit of a line, so we were thinking that's a good sign! I decided on the crab cake benedict. When I got to the counter and ordered, she said, "I'm out of crab. It didn't come in." So I was flustered and ordered the biscuits and gravy, asked if it came with eggs and she said, "we can make it that way." So I got two over easy eggs with biscuits and gravy, and a large latte, my total was about $21. I wish I had known that they used mugs for dine in and to go cups for carry out orders because I would have asked for a to go cup. The "large" latte mug filled about half of a to go cup, and it was about $7.
My friends had ordered the eggs benedict and biscuits and gravy. The eggs benedict came with a side of breakfast potatoes, I didn't try them but she said there wasn't much flavor for them being seasoned. My other friend's biscuits and gravy came with a huge sausage meatball in it which was kind of funny. The sausage gravy was mediocre, I added pepper to mine, my friend added both salt and pepper to hers, but decided she didn't like it enough. I was a little surprised that it was about $10 for one biscuit open faced with sausage gravy on top, and $3.60 for two eggs. Maybe I'm just used to small town pricing, maybe I had higher expectations, but the food was kind of underwhelming.
My friend had also ordered some macarons to go, I think $2 each or 6 for $10. She got her box of them and when she opened the box, they weren't much bigger than a quarter. She tried one flavor and said it didn't really have a flavor other than the frosting that was in the middle.

First time here - colleague recommended the Chicken Pot Pie. It was really good, definitely will come back again! Tasty food with vibrant environment.

The French Press is a staple in Eau Claire for killer breakfast & brunch & coffee (REAL coffee, like all the kinds of coffee you can ask for, and iced…) and they now do Flight Fridays! I took mine to go, each flight comes with 3 drinks

The food is great, but the portion sizes are not large enough. It is always extremely busy, and you’re not dealing with the best gene pool of customers. I say that because you order at the counter and are given a number. People putz around and take entirely too long to order. You also have the candidates who feel it’s acceptable to wear crocs and sweatpants in public, these are the wonderful people that leave tables a mess. When there are clear places to put trays and garbage when you’re finished. The staff that brings food to your table doesn’t work for tips.. some people must just be reliant on someone else to clean up after them… Parenting fail for sure. Not the locations fault, they have spectacular food and a diverse unique menu. I only give this joint a four because portion sizes could be larger.
