The Danc'n Bean

Austin was super friendly, even brought us ice water while we are. The ice cream was delicious and honestly one of the best in town. I had the Peach ice cream with a waffle cone that didn't leak everywhere and my wife had the cookie monster sunday.

Great first experience. We'll be back when we're in Eau Claire!

Love this place! Customer service is very important to the customers experience no matter how great your products or service are. They have an amazing red eye for more serious coffee drinkers and they have amazing flavors or Bridgemans Ice cream. You can sample all the delicious flavors. This place is a hidden gem. I will definately be back! Austin and the owner are super gracious and very welcoming!

Excellent ice cream! My husband and I think it might be the best in town. It's very creamy, wonderful consistency, and great range of flavors. We got a container of the Peaches and Cream (which is AMAZING!) and the owner packaged it up for us himself. Highly recommend this place!

I’m sure the ice cream is amazing but everything thing else I can’t say the same. Food is all microwaved and not at a reasonable price. Coffee is meh. And customer service from the few times I have come act as if they don’t want to be here. It’s sad to see because the atmosphere seems like something great but I’m not receiving the same vibe from the products they sell as well as from the employees.

Staff are top notch and very helpful. Ice cream tastes great and the menu has a wide variety of intriguing drinks and treats. Pricing is right on par with similar local shops. The space is really clean and bright, lots of tables and seating, free WiFi, and plenty of well-placed charging stations. Their food allergy information is conspicuously available in multiple spots right on the counter.

Within easy walking distance from many London Road area restaurants, so it's a perfect stop for dessert after dinner or drinks. You're a welcome addition to the neighborhood, Danc'n Bean!

This place is amazing!!! The ice cream never fails. We came in today and the young man who helped us was so sweet he was sooo attentive the best service I have ever got here. I believe his name was Austin. He is the sweetest!!!!! He has glasses and a beard. He deserves a raise.
