Kahvi Coffee House + Cafe

Love this coffee shop! Very clean, organized and has a boutique-like vibe. Love the outdoor seating! Great coffee. Awesome cinnamon rolls and bars! And they have Kolaches! Yum. My only complaint is the egg and sausage bowl. It is a tiny container that is microwaved and there was no sign of egg at all, it was super runny, and had an odd taste. I won’t order it again and I do not recommend it. And the staff is just okay. Sometimes when I walk in in the mornings, they don’t greet me and just kind of wait and stare at me while I’m deciding what to order. It can be awkward. They are friendly when taking my order though 😊

Service was super friendly! Espresso was the best I've had in Eau Claire. Matcha smoothies and egg Kolaches we're delicious! Great outdoor seating area along bike/walking path.

Yes, it's a very nice place. Good service. BUT, when I asked about a refill for my Ice Tea (how much for a refill). The reply was, We don't do refills. You have to purchase a new drink." Seriously, 3.45 for a large and you can’t offer a refill for like .50 cents?
You just lost me as a customer.

Super friendly service, unique variety of gift items; including for pets, the kolaches were super delish (made by Bohemian Ovens, Bloomer WI) and our coffees were superb!

Very cool little coffee shop, I enjoyed sipping on my coffee as I worked. There are plenty of tables and even a little side room with a tinge more privacy.

Great little coffee shop, they have a really tasty egg stuffed roll thing. The matcha was pretty good too.

I drove down to purchase a bmw. Then, my phone died while activating the insurance policy. A helpful batista offered to let me use her phone to call my gf and tell her my charger was in her car still (mine was dead) I really appreciated the help. You guys saved the day, I was able charge my phone while drinking some tasty matcha and insure my new car for the drive back to oshkosh.

The ladies working were all very kind even though they seemed overwhelmed and the place was packed. Apologized for the wait but we didn't mind at all, they were so busy and served us as fast as they could. Love this place!

I have been a frequent customer of Kahvi since they have opened. The atmosphere is amazing and the coffee is great but something has changed drastically with the customer service.
The last few months, the workers have been making several mistakes on our orders. I even went in to request new kolaches and was given attitude for bringing up my concern.
The last three drive thru visits we had to go back to have them fix their mistakes. I am not one to complain, I have worked in fast food and know how hard it is! Something has changed, and I hope the owner realizes what an amazing establishment they have, but the workers make the atmosphere, and sadly the atmosphere has changed since they've first open.

First time visit & we encountered a very clean & modern coffeehouse on Southside of Eau Claire. Spacious & with a great outdoor space patio. Bathrooms were very clean and decorated in scandanavian theme. Excellent medium roast coffee & latte served. Will return to sample their food & pastry offerings. Great addition to Southside.

Best coffee shop around. I LOVE the modern style and layout of the building. It's a perfect place to meet people and work on stuff. Every barista there is so friendly and knowledgable. They give great drink recommendations when you're unsure of what to get. Whenever I want to get coffee I always choose Kahvi!
