I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I paid for, and waited 20 minutes for a simple order that I never received. When I kindly asked the barista if my food was almost out, he just shrugged and said “don’t know.” Not even worth the attempt of a refund. Staff could care less and I won’t be back.

Really good coffee. Option to eat are nice, but I would like to get a very simple sandwich. Anyway, I do recommend the spinach and feta cheese quiches. They do have also some pastry, but if you are looking for real good pastry, just cross the street to the Ashlan Baking Company and you'll get the best from both worlds.
They have a nice outside area with tables at the back.

Coffee was delicious and the breakfast burrito was one of the best I've had.

We ended up at Black Cat Cafe on a whim and are so happy we did! Great ambiance, great menu, great drinks. I highly recommend the Tomato Basil Pizza - I was skeptical as someone who doesn't really like pesto but it was DELICIOUS. Our only disappointment was that they are closed Tuesdays... because we were going to come back the next morning and order the pizza again.

My favorite place to meet with friends, enjoy a cup of hot coffee, get a baked good, and enjoy the cozy atmosphere that this shop has to offer. There is free WiFi in the shop and fast service.

One of the only places in Ashland to get a good handcrafted latte.

Amazing staff and chai!!
Very helpful staff, the girls behind the bar were very accommodating to my questions regarding dietary restrictions despite the line. I felt like a valued customer, my questions were answered AND their HOUSE MADE chai mix (NOT from concentrate) is amazing.
Oh, and Ashland Baking Co. is right across the street too!

Coffee was pretty good, but the food experience was really bad. Eggs on the skillet were rubber and the potatoes had quite a few undercooked crunchy bits. Condiments were hard to come by and it's a bit confusing trying to order food your first time in.

Excellent staff eager to answer questions. Super food- pesto veggie sandwich was wonderful, fresh baguette and everything lightly toasted and a side salad. Perfect lunch.

A beacon of light. Essentially the platonic form of Coffeehaus in this very world we live in. I do recommend.
