Donuts are universally delicious.. the location in Saint Albans is clean. Well displayed. Customer service isn't the most friendly... but that's not to say rude. At times I felt rushed. But I would rate higher if not for that and the fact that selection leaves a lot to be desired and COST IS A LITTLE OBSERD! You could find yourself paying 2 dollars for a damn cookie! On the whole.. Hey, they're donuts. Haven't had the cobblestone icecream. I did see THE PRICES THOUGH. GET READY TO TAKE OUT A SMALL LOAN lol

Was in there for over 30 mins and the manager had to be brought up to help the girl running the register (she’s new and learning perfectly ok) to make my iced cap. first one, manager made it.. they ended up both wearing it, finally get my drink 10 mins after ordering. there’s still another gentleman waiting to order but the drink is covered with itself so then I still wait, they were out of eggs and ok I thought 5 more mins... fast forward 25 mins, I finally get one bacon bagel and my 2 breakfast wraps for me and the kid and we get to the truck and all the eggs are absolutely still frozen. I don’t mean just cool, I mean full on straight from the depths of the tundra frozen. so I gather the food and go back in asking for a refund as I don’t have another 35 mins to sit and wait on 3 sandwiches but then find out there isn’t a person in the Tim hortons capable of refunding $13.83. short story, good job to counter girl keep learning.. but the manager and lee, you two should seek other employment or learn to do your jobs and how to hustle. I will never be back to that location because of your inability to do your jobs even half right. you don’t deserve min wage let alone $15/hr.. do not go to the Washington pa one inside the gas station next to Dairy Queen.

Everything bagels with cream cheese because they no longer offer garden vegetable cream cheese...my favorite. Ok, but would have been the bomb with garden vegetable cream cheese

Although this location has changed ownership and they did away with the Cold Stone creamery part, their menu has changed somewhat but it is still quality that is expected of their brand. Courteous and friendly staff.

The Tim Hortons store in Hurricane (near Teays General Hosp) has closed, but the store in Saint Albans is open and highly recommended. It has fast Drive-thru, the staff are efficient and polite. I love their food, drinks, and variety of deserts. Highly recommended.

The breakfast food is hit-or-miss. Sometimes the hash browns are hot, but usually they are cold. The coffee is usually hot, but it's been cold before like it sat in a thermos for two hours. The bagels come out different from day-to-day with the same instructions, so you have to be very specific with your order.

The best coffee and donuts around Saint Albans! Ask for Andy Noel! He's the best, so friendly and helpful! His customer service is fantastic and admirable.

Use to be 5 Stars for 10 years but the last 2-3 has plummeted to ZERO but sadly I had to give 1 where zero isnt an option. Just do us all a favor and shut down already because now it is a total disgrace to what Tim Hortons use to be to us!

Visited the Cold Stone side and it was great. Place was clean and looked really good. Staff was good but had to stop and read how to make the ice cream a lot.
