The food was good but the employees were incredibly rude and rushed us the whole time we were ordering. And then when we went to pay they tell me that they cant use swipe for my card and had to use the chip and were very rude about that, overall i probably wont be returning to this location

Gets really busy on game days as the Crawford field is just across from it. Food and drinks are always good. Drive thru is fast and lot of parking. There were atleast 6 people working when we got there.

The coffee I had was fresh and very good at the time of my visit. I also had 2 doughnuts that were very fresh and delicious! The peanut butter iced and vanilla cream filled! Wait staff was friendly and quick! The dining room was very clean and neat! Great location with easy access in small town West Virginia!

This particular location has seasonal drinks and donuts when everyone else seems to have cut off their inventory early in September and thats worth a 10 Star in my review. You can't cut off pumpkin spice in September, McDonald's. There's 30 more days before we the people want red velvet and eggnog. Kudos to TH being current.

I've visited this restaurant 3 times in the 6 years I've lived near it. The first time was in the summer on an early evening & went for the Cold Stone Creamery part of the store. After attempting to order 3 different ice creams (founders favorite is my personal favorite), and being told each time that they didn't have it or it wasn't defrosted, I left in disgust. Once I got a dozen donuts in the drive-thru. They weren't bad, but they weren't warm either. And the third visit was for breakfast. My sister and I ordered in the drive-thru. We asked if they were still serving breakfast, were told yes, then again told for several items that they didn't have it or have any ready. Once we did choose from the very limited available items we were asked to park for almost 15 minutes before we got our food. Positively horrible experience every opportunity they were given. Will NEVER return to this restaurant.

I would say 90% of the time it's absolutely amazing. I go there often enough some of them seem to know my order before even opening my mouth. Which says a lot to me, and means I know it'll be right.
Their coffee is amazing, bagels so good and timbits you can't go wrong with. Just sometimes have an off day but it still hasn't thrown me from choosing another place.

Great customer service. Business doesnt quite flow smoothly inside BUT the customer service makes up for it

It was okay. They put a great deal of cream cheese on my bagel. I don't want to get anybody in trouble, but it may have been too much.

Tim Hortons. Meh. I can take it or leave it.
This particular location is clean & tidy. It's everything you expect from a TH. The staff are friendly & polite. Plenty of free parking, however, it is located at a very busy corner, on a major highway, with a traffic light on the highway within a hundred feet & an underpass in a very busy side street within a hundred feet. Getting out of the parking lot can be a challenge during busy times.
I must admit I do like their muffins, but as far as their pastries, donuts, & other offerings goes, I don't feel like they're always as fresh as they could, or should, be. I was actually here picking up a birthday ice cream cake, and those are good as well, but very pricey.
Thumbs up on cleanliness & staff. Location is okay if it's not during morning, lunch, or evening rush hours. Food is so-so.
