I truly enjoy this place. The quality says it all. However they never have all ingredients. This visit I ordered a pumpkin spice cold brew..they didnt have sweet cream..then I was like.. ok .. just put in extra cane sugar syrup...guess what...they didn't have any of that neither. So then she was like.. well I can just add regular sugar to it. Now granted.. she winded up just giving it to me.. but I still threw it away. That stuff was disgusting 😒 😑

It was my first trip in this place, and actually it was a pleasant experience. The only reason I'm not getting five stars is because the menu is somewhat limited. Play seem to be neat, the salesperson came over pretty quickly and was able to fill the order with freshly made items very fast. They also have a drive-thru, but I did the walk-in route. Nice place to go on a rainy saturday. Thumbs up.

Every time I ask for double egg - they give me single egg. This is very annoying.

Break my fast here most mornings with Timmy Horton's and their lovely staff. I have never once been late as a result of hitting their drive thru. The staff is courteous and fun.

They ran out of hash browns and wanted to charge for sides I didn't want.
Mocha ice cap is not great (flavor) but the everything bagel breakfast sammich is awesome.

Ice cap is still tasty, gotten really expensive though.

I have bought coffee at this place since it opened. Even though the food is inconsistent and usually not very good. I like the coffee. Today, in the pouring rain I was in their drive thru. I asked for a coffee and egg bites- rolled my window up 3/4 because I was getting soaked. She said she was out of the egg white- I said ok. "Skip those I will just take the coffee. I will meet you at the window it's pouring the rain" I rolled my window back up and drove around.
A "manager" was cussing me turned to the side. She kept looking at me and saying things that I won't repeat. I asked "are you talking to me?" Confused. She proceeded to scream and yell and tell me to never come back!! I said ate you the manager? Her answer "yes!". Then she starts to scream at the cats behind me- sorry she won't move this %$#% is rude!
I am in about shock.

So, I'm in line, another person in front of me, has already ordered...he is waiting on a wrap...no one is making! Not one clerk acknowledges me..not greets me. So I wait, then put my order in, clerk gets my donut .then totally leaves my order...to start the guy in front of me, wrap....10 minutes pass...and another clerk ask about my order...hello...

We stopped in last Tuesday on the way through to VA to visit family then again on the way back home. I have had TH in the past mostly in Canada and was happy. This is my first visit to a TH in America and was disappointed a little. The first visit on the Tuesday before thanksgiving around 5/6pm the place was clean, and even though they were out of the donuts and timbits I like the coffee and a sweet young lady that took my order had me wait one minute while she went to the back and put together a fresh Boston cream for me which was the best thing with its fresh warm chocolate.
HOWEVER, that second visit was exactly 1 week later, the Tuesday after thanksgiving, at around 4-4:30 pm, the young blonde girl that took my order was incredibly rude. I’m looking at the menu and she’s yelling what do I want, I tell her a medium peppermint mocha latte. She is frustrated and asks again to be clear what I want. I repeat again and she says yea is that coffee or hot chocolate. I of course inform that latte is coffee and that’s what I’m ordering. She’s rude to her colleague as well who is trying to help her pack the order. I also order an iced vanilla latte both drinks I typically order from Starbucks and watch it be made. There’s no comparison in the quality of the two coffee shops. But I do enjoy the brewed coffee so I also go a box of k cups and bag of coffee. The timbits, at least at this location, are housed in a stand without a door that allows flies inside!
Honestly, after that second visit I will just stop at a starbucks bc for the price that is similar to Starbucks I expect the quality to be representative. It was not, but I understand this may not represent all locations, watching everything for drinks come from a box including premade foam is disheartening.

Ordered an iced mocha latte. I'm not sure what exactly was expired in it, but it tasted off when I drank it. It smells rank. And just a sip upset my stomach.
