The men's restroom toilet area is always disgusting. Evidently rarely cleaned. The donut and muffins are usually in short supply these days(12/19). Napkins not replaced at the counter when depleted. Poor management to allow these shortfalls on an ongoing basis. Makes me think they might be closing their doors soon.

So much sugar in my coffee there was a pile of undissolved granules in the bottom of the cup, my breakfast sandwich was luke warm at best with cold spots (obviously microwaved), and my dozen donuts already tasted stale first thing in the morning. I thought I was getting a good deal at 20 bucks for all this...never again.

Coffee was brewed pretty strong but good. Very disappointed when I found out the doughnuts were frozen not made in shop which explains the dryness most likely unless they were just old.

Usually really good. The workers are nice too BUT i was having a really bad day so i thought i would get a frozen hot chocolate, it tasted different (i get them a lot) and they didnt put the chocolate whip cream or anything on top; i cried

Its like a cross between Dunkin and Panera which I like but its definitely not the best store. Last night I ordered a sandwich and when I looked there was ONE slice of tomato and ONE piece of lettuce.....idk who was preparing food but either they weren't trained right or they've never had a sandwich before in their life. The bagels are certainly good though.

This was the first time I had ever stopped in and I had been wanting to for a while. The cashier kept smirking at me as I tried to order. I specified what I wanted and repeated it to her several times ; she repeated it back, yet I received a completely different order. To top it all off I never even got a receipt.

My wife and I have gone here for sandwiches on a few occasions when we first moved to the area, and each time we have asked for no tomatoes on our sandwiches (allergy and diverticulosis). Almost half of the time, they've thrown tomatoes on our sandwiches without a care.

Friend of mine and I went there one night (8/21/16) to grab a quick bite and donuts. Not only was the service appalling, but both of us were dealing with symptoms matching food poisoning later that night and into the following day.

The staff seem rather oblivious, and repeated visits have not shown signs of improvement. There's the aforementioned messing up of orders, asking for a combo but only getting the sandwich, packing dine-in orders to go, and generally ignoring customers standing at the register seeking assistance (unless they are young women, then the staff quickly jump to help).

With iffy customer service, generally slow service, and now food poisoning, I don't think I'll be going to this location again.

Smart alec workers! Teenagers. I've never been to a Tim Hortons and had questions about some of their pastries, but was not pleased with how rude they were. This experience made me have a sour taste and I truthfully don't know if I will ever go in another one!

Okay as long as they have what you order. Ordered a 20 box of glazed timbits and they just used the cake bits when didn't have enough yeast type glazed so they put in the cake type and didn't tell me. Ordered a sandwich that was supposed to be on a chibatta roll and they were out so asked if could substitute a croissant or bagel. I told them okay to use a croissant but when I got home found it was hard and stale and they hadn't even toasted it. Didn't provide me a copy of my credit card slip in the bag so I didn't even know what they charged. Called card company to ensure the cage was what I had been told the order cost. JUST CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU LEAVE DRIVE THROUGH TO MAKE SURE YOU WERE GIVEN THE CORRECT ORDER AND PROVIDED A RECEIPT. They had taken so much time and there were two more cars behind me so I didn't check it before I drove away - so shame on me for not doing it before I drove away, but good old Mother Nature was calling so I made a quick retreat as I only live 10 minutes down the road and I got there just in the nick of time to prevent me having an accident. Usually Tim Hortons was one place that had gotten the order correct and had never had it messed up.

Convenient location. Nice variety of coffees and breakfast food items. There are pastries and ice cream if your sweet tooth is aching you. Also, if you ever wondered what Canadians are eating, now you know...😉
