Almost Heaven | Desserts & Coffee Shop

Independent coffee shops are a rarity in this area. This one has a great brew and specialty coffee drinks, as well as sweet treats, sandwiches, salads and bagels. Small, around 8 tables inside where you won't feel rushed while relaxing or catching up with a friend. Friendly staff.

Always a nice stop for good treats. Love to support this quaint local business. Gotta try the cheesecake before you leave.

Years ago I ordered a cobbler when they were only located up by Wonder Bar; and it was yummy. But since they've opened this shop in Bridgeport it has been one disappointment after another. Twice I wasn't waited on at all and finally left - the third time (yes, I gave them one more chance) I managed to get slices of cake for dessert and I ordered a cup of coffee to drink there. If this is what they call "home made cake" no thanks. I've had cake from the frozen food section of the grocery store that was better far than that. And the coffee was so strong I could almost chew it. Three strikes and you're out.

This is a charming place to visit. The coffee is never very hot and somewhat bitter but the desserts are great, and the baristas are friendly. It's a tad pricey but most coffee shops are anymore.

This place is the best. So many good drinks and desserts, and wv themed goods! I so every time I'm here to get a sticker for my daughter, and coffee for myself!

Fantastic coffee and desserts. A household favorite for breakfast. I'll always recommend the breakfast melt, or the french dip for lunch. Their cannolis are the best.

It is an awesome cute and cozy little coffee shop.They have also now many sandwiches and salads and pepperoni rolls.Its more than just coffee! It's baked goods and lunches. So fun!😁🌯🥙☕🍩

Finally actually tried a panini, wonderful! The cheesecake has always been great.

They always have delicious cheesecake as well as tons of other sweets! Love to stop in and grab a treat every once in a while.
