This place is wonderful...good coffee and desserts if you want them. Nice and relaxing...

I love the place for it's good and drinks but PLEASE start telling people what is in the drinks your handing them. We went in today and had to wait for some of our smoothies. They have us 2/3 and said the other one would be a few minutes because of the blenders being down for a second. A few minutes later we are handed 2 more smoothies and no one else came up to receive them. Thinking they had just made a mistake they have us both (which is very nice) but since we had gotten an additional smoothie we decided to all try it. LUCKILY I tested it first and handed it to my sister (who is deathly allergic to peanuts) just to have to nearly slap it out of her hands as she was about to take a sip of it because it had peanut butter in it and no one had said anything. Please please PLEASE just be clear what you are giving customers because it could've been a much worse scenario for us all. I really do like this business and I don't blame them for a mistake like this as they were super slammed today but if you could write PB on the cup of anything that would mean the world to me.

How on earth does this have almost 5 stars? Tried cheesecake, cookies, milkshake, canoli, and an iced latte, and its was all bad. The coffee is way too strong to the point you can't drink it. The cheesecake almost flaked off like it was dry which was weird. The cookies were very bland and had a weird baking soda taste to them. The milkshake was just some vanilla ice cream with a small amount of cracker in it. The interior of the canoli was literally just very very sweet and rich icing off the top of a cheap birthday cake. The girls working were super sweet and did a great job, but I won't be back.

Love this place! Beat coffee shop around! I prefer to go here than Starbucks! They are definitely worth the try. Cheaper as well!

Phenomenal! From their service to their food, everything is top notch. I had a classic reuben and a medium roast coffee and both were fantastic. The coffee was so good I bought a bag to take home. I'll give them big props on serving their paninis with dressing on the side so your can add what you want and they don't get soggy. We got a bunch of baked goods too and all were amazing. You can't go wrong here.

Wait times can be long at lunchtime if you want food but let me yell you this is worth it. Makes old people and young alike feel trendy and cool with the coffee menu alone. The desserts are 100 percent on point as well. Iced coffee is legit. 5 stars what can I say. Kind of a neat rustic location too.

The coffee shop was clean with amazing looking desserts. I ordered a couple of drip coffees. They were more expensive than Starbucks with half the flavor. Coffee is very weak in taste. They need stronger tasting coffee. I had good service and the desserts look amazing!

This coffee shop IS almost heaven!! Delicious espresso and cold brew. Great and I mean out of this world great pies and cookies!!! My favorite is the chocolate peanut butter cake and the salted Carmel cheesecake... oh man I do a ton of traveling for work and have not had a better cheesecake!!

My mom wanted a German Chocolate cake for her 81st birthday. A friend suggested Almost Heaven Desserts. The cake was delicious. The cake was fresh. The staff was friendly. Ordering was easy. I would highly suggest Almost Heaven Desserts for your next celebration. My mom was so happy. Support your small businesses.

Do not miss going to this place. I ALWAYS get a couple unique WV stickers, a large coffee, and this past visit, will be adding a green smoothie to the MUST GETS. Not to mention the baked goods! Truly delicious!
