Mary our waitress was great! She was wise & on top of things! Food was ordered & at the table fast! Coffee was weak but the giant portions on plate well worth your $$
I recommend this location 4 breakfast on your getaway to Yakima!

This place is horrible compared to the one on 1st ave. Service is horrible and food is cold. They have problems with their fryer so whole menu not available! Go to the one on 1st!!!

Service has completely gone down hill. Had horrible service the last three times we went there. Never going back to this location

Best food I have ever had. The portions are amazing, and the cooks there, Jason and Sam really know how to put out some fantastic food. I go with my kids almost every week, and not once have we left hungry. Far better then any other place in Yakima that I have found thus far.

We went there for breakfast on Sunday feb 21st 2021 around 9:30.as soon as we sat on the table the first thing I noticed was the tables weren’t clean at all.we were at the table which was right behind the first counter as u walk in the restaurant on your left .second was when I asked for coffee I told the guy that we are ready for the order and he said I’ll let the waitress know . While we are waiting for the waitress to come and take my order .the same guy who gave us the dirty table without cleaning comes with the coffee cup which was miserably dirty with coffee all over the cup and if that wasn’t enough as I was about to sip it there was literally a LIPSTICK SPOT on the tip of the cup.while we were already experiencing all these insanitary practices going on during this time ,people who came after us already got their orders taken and we were just sitting there like clowns as if we were there to eat for free. Worst experience ever.won’t ever come back and if u guys go there to eat , just make double sure that you are getting served in a clean utensils.terrible! If a restaurant is busy that doesn’t mean you guys will serve in cups and plates which were not even cleaned .If there would be a rating less than zero I would give that to this location.the other location is at par.

Very good food! Service is always super! Needs a remodel though, the tables are in bad shape. Great portions too...

Love my café, while it's safe. This, I posted 6 months ago. Since then, a total looser and Liar has posted a very negative review of Waffles. Tyler Grey caused his wife and her father to get Fired due to his own misgivings. Tyler is not only is trying to hurt Waffles but also the construction Co he supposedly works for by claiming that he, Tyler, is the lead contractor and plan administrator. He has taken money from people under the false pretenses of completing private jobs and projects for the people that hired him. Tyler also lied about him being a Veteran and needed my help to register at the VA center. He is not and never was a Vet, just a poser.At this time frame, he is also driving his girlfriend' truck and on a suspended license!!! Beware of Tyler Grey!! All this is verifiable.

I get that you’re busy and what not but taking my order and going off to talk about your life to a customer when you’re not even done with me is honestly rude as hell. I waited for about 10 or 15 minutes just so someone could ask me if I’ve been helped. Not satisfied.

Love their gluten free Monte Cristo sandwich. The best I've ever had, gluten free or not.
