We have always had excellent service at this restaurant. Ty and Makayla are awesome. If you have to wait to get in, it is worth it! The food is delicious! The service is excellent! And the prices are great! Highly recommend!!

Food was very good and service was fantastic. This location is always busy but they get you in and take excellent care of you.

Absolute best breakfast food I've ever had! The prices are amazing, portions are HUGE, and the taste...oh it cannot be beat! This is an absolute gem! Do not visit Yakima without stopping by! There is usually a line out the door but they seat you quickly. I just cannot say enough about this place!

We had family in town for Labor Day weekend so I suggested we go to breakfast Sunday morning. We have eaten here many times and enjoyed the food and service. That is not happened today. It was so hot. Just reading the menu I had sweat run down my back and fliea were everywhere......so GROSS! The male hostess was also so rude. I went to podium to ask him if he could let our waitress know we were ready to order. He was looking down, so I was waiting patiently for several minutes waiting for him, and without looking up at me he said "TALK" .....wow, so rude!!! He never even looked up. Since there were no other customers around, and he literally barked at me, I was taken aback. The only good thing at Waffles today was the great waitress, I think her same was Sheila, I know it started with an "S". It will be awhile before we return.

Bottom line: hearty, homestyle food with generous portions served in a clean, friendly environment.

We found Waffles Caffe via a Google search ahead of a day trip and liked the look of the wide menu selection. We were definitely not disappointed. Ty was our server extraordinaire and made the visit just that much better. Every member of the party left full and happy. The namesake waffles are pretty much perfect - fluffy and tangy with an outer crisp and many topping options. They are not shy about portions but it doesn't take away from the quality. I highly recommend trying any of their dishes with gravy, or maybe just get a side of it - really delicious. Fresh, primarily local ingredients help things along with the lighter fair, such as the garden omelet. COVID conscious with mask requirements, good spacing, and cleaning between parties. Worth the visit, will return!

Had the chicken in a biscut and my hunny had the ultimate omelet. The food was delicious. The wait staff seemed a bit over worked today. We had an overall good experience.

So happy they are still here. This is the first place we went when inside dining was opened. Missed eating in there more than any other restaurant in the area. Same huge amount of good food and quick servers. 🤗🤗

It was so wonderful to be able to go back to Waffles for a meal the first time since the pandemic began.. With the way they have it set up I felt safe from Covid. We were delighted to see Karla and the same cook that we liked when we ate there pre-covid. It is special to know Waffles is open once again and that the food and service is very good.

I have been here plenty of times over the years and it's a great place for breakfast. Get in early and you wont have to contend with the late morning crowd! It's pretty yummy with pretty good service and the portions wont let you down. With lots to choose from you will be able to find something that suits your taste. If you are into challenges, the Bottomless Pit will get your name on the wall and coffee for life mug! Come in and have a good time.

Loved going here, but I have to say the place is going down hill. Today was the first time I felt a little disgusted. Sitting down there was flies everywhere, people swatting them away from the food, one was in my coffee cup as well. If there was flies in eating area like that I'm sure they had to be in the kitchen as well. The floor looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in a long time, one of the waitresses had a kid running around. Very disappointed in the direction the place is going.
