Crafted is really a special place not just by Yakima standards but by the high level of restaurant, menu and food standards throughout the Pacific Northwest hospitality/restaurant scene. The food is of the highest quality and the seasonal menu is truly "crafted" to showcase the best of the Yakima Valley and the Pacific Northwest! Whether you drop in for an appetizer and cocktail, share family style a couple of the entrees with a glass of wine, or splurge by choosing the chef's menu with paired wines, the food and service will not disappoint! Dan and Mollie are deservedly a cornerstone of Yakima's food scene!
As a side note: don't miss Crafted's take out Sunday dinners during the slower winter months. Follow them on social media to see the menu of the week. It is definitely wintertime comfort food at its finest!

With a varied assortment of unique eats Crafted is definitely worth a visit.
Their portions may be small, but the chefs make up for in taste what they lack in size. We tasted through the majority of the menu this evening and were impressed with the depth of flavor in everything we received as well as with the quality of the dishes ingredients. That being said several dishes surprised us upon receipt as their description seemed varied from the finished product.
All that considered we will definitely be back soon to see what creative dishes the chefs put out next.

I set up a reservation i came in when the reservation was scheduled I was showed my seat i was treated very well and had a great experience eating here the place was clean nice and the employees were just awesome i was never left waiting for refreshments or anything this is one of the best places I have eaten in years the food was delicious and affordable they also took the time to informe the day to come in to get the best price on food and drinks its somewhere I recommend trying.

In our recent trip we visited Crafted and the entire experience was enlightening for me.

I’m usually picky about trying new food options and seafood is not my food of choice. So when got a table at this busy restaurant (reservations are recommended) and I looked at the menu, I decided that I had to stop elsewhere after dinner since the quantities looked small and food choices were new :)

I was blown away by the presentation and the taste. Thought we had ordered only 3 dishes for the 3 of us, the food was amazing and filling. Thankfully I didn’t have to visit McDonalds afterwards (nearby fast food open late) !!!!

I would recommend and visit this restaurant again!!! Don’t miss it if you are in Yakima!

My fiance and I did the chefs menu with wine pairing and sat at the chefs counter. Our location was amazing for watching the action in the kitchen and the constant buzz of cooks and waiters alike. The food was equally amazing and absolutely one of my top meals. The quality of ingredients and skill of the kitchen was perfection and a truly amazing meal.

Very interesting menu, in a very good way. Tasty dishes you can share, which we did and that you can also keep to yourself. We did that for the entrees. I had the scallops which were cooked to perfection and included a red curry sauce which had a small degree of heat. The pork chop, salmon and tagliatelle were also ordered and each were very good. Our start was the tomato and brisket dish which is why only four stars. The brisket was tasty but looked dehydrated was not juicy, but dry and cut in chunks. Just not well executed. The oysters were incredibly fresh, but no hot sauce or traditional heat source and no accompaniment, not even a citrus wedge. The topper was salmon roe, but this just heightened the briny flavor - again, just a touch more and it would have been great.
Desserts were good, but not great tasting but they were different. Overall we very much enjoyed the experience.

Our table ordered the chefs menu...a variety of sample foods from the kitchen!
The oysters and braised short ribs was my favorite...enjoyed the ginger beer too!

Hands down the absolute best restaurant in the Yakima Valley. Menu is thoughtful and bursting with unique takes on classic flavors. The food, wines, and cocktails (AMAZING) rotate on a seasonal basis which makes a new experience every time you walk in. Do a dinner at the Chef's Table and I promise you won't be disappointed.
