Delicious! My fiance and I came here tonight. We set at chefs table and got the chefs menu. Our first meal was oysters. Im not the biggest fan of oysters in general but these were great. They are smaller but with more flavor, 9/10. The second meal was ahi tuna, flippin fantastic 10/10. The third meal was summer squash with sun dried tomatoes, yummy 10/10. The forth meal was halibut pasta, best pasta I've ever had 10/10. The fifth meal was scallops in a peach curry, the curry had to much vinegar for my liking but the scallops were cooked perfectly 7/10. The sixth meal with pork chop with apricots, it was bomb but needed some salt 8/10. Lastly the desert was a neapolitan desert with vanilla cake, strawberry ice cream and ganache. So light and refreshing 10/10.
I had a mojito and cucumber martini from the menu, 9/10. My fiance had the aggressive tequila, it was aggressive 7/10. He also had a beer.
The only simi complaint we had was the water we were served was warm and not cold.
We will be back.

The Wife and I don’t go out much but when we do, it’s Crafted more often than not. Every time it’s been an experience. Their dishes aren’t only beautiful but the flavor out of every bite leaves me in a trance. I appreciate the effort they put into the prep, meal, and service. You have raised the bar for Yakima... This place is off the charts good! Farm to table and fresh in every sense of the word. We had a pasta dish that was one of the best I have EVER had. Dishes are served in courses and perfect to share. It was so fun and so good! Is you enjoy trying things and are a foodie, this is a must!

I WANT TO THANK CRAFTED FOR MAKING ME FEEL TAKEN CARE OF EVERY TIME IM THERE, which has been many times. I'm unable to have Garlic or Onion, both which I love but puts me on the floor. They make sure to change it up a little. ❤
★Indoor Chef's Table to watch all the beautiful foods prepared. It's also a good "Spot for NEWBIES' As food passes you can figure out or ask what it is.
While elegant with candles at each table, the Old Saloons high eclectic ceiling with incredible draw to it IS Fancy, the experience draws in the Nature folk. You will see Tatoos, Beards, and older folk . ANNIVERSARIES, Dates....
This is not a kids restaurant in my opinion. It's peaceful and you will get to take in the flavor and experience more.

★The Patio is enjoyed with red plants and a bit more or a relaxing environment. The patio is covered by sails and now have ceiling fans & Misters outside due to the Summer Heat Wave. When you step out onto the Patio be sure to observe the huge round Outdoor oven.
I hear the basement has opened up due to Excessive heat...but yet to be seated there and there is no elevator that I'm aware of. It's o and parties pen too Larger events

We loved the ambience of Crafted - it has both indoor and outdoor spaces with enough heaters to keep you warm. The tasting was great and we ended up buying two bottles. The flight had generous quantities and could easily be shared between 4 people. In terms of food we only ordered the baked Brie and that was excellent. Would definitely recommend this place.

This place has my full reccomendations for your next outting. With a menu that rotates to unexpected yet delicious flavors. The chefs crush it every damn time. The inside is quaint and provides a great view of the cooking process and drink preparation. You will want to come back again as well as your date (mine said "6 stars"!)
Update: New Years Eve 2022, set menu with 7 courses. All of which exceeded expectations. We sat barside as all other space had been reserved, was great to chat with the bar keep, he also doubled as an attendant to our "table". He also exceeded expectations. Expensive, though you won't find a meal like this anywhere in Yak town.

Overall 3.5. A good experience, but expectations were set at "great".
FOOD 3.5: We had the set menu with paired wines; if we come again we will order a la carte. Surprised us to learn that the contents of the set menu are created on-the-fly as one dines, and thus are unknown when one sits down. (We surmised that perhaps this provides the team some flexibility to serve lower-demand items as part of the set menu.) Everything was good or very good, but no "wows". Quantity was certainly sufficient: the dishes increased in size as the courses came out, and we could not finish the final pre-dessert item.
WINE 3.0: Paired wines were ok, though no explanation was given about why each wine was paired with each of the one or two dishes it was served with. (This might be because the food courses are created on the fly and thus some pairings seemed odd.) If we dine here again we will request the separate wine list.
COFFEE 5.0: The after-dinner espresso I had was outstanding.
SERVICE 4.0: Every staff member we encountered was friendly and sincere. The contents of each course was explained by the server who brought it out, but the acoustics of the restaurant (described below under AMBIANCE) meant we often could not hear the description. As for the wines, other than label (or country of origin) and varietal there was no explanation. (We posed a question to a server about one of the wines and received a vague response; after the server departed the diner seated next to us provided a complete answer.)
AMBIANCE 2.5: The high pressed-tin ceiling was attractive, but the hard surfaces all around amplified the music and dinner conversations into a loud cacophony.

The best restaurant in town, and the only restaurant I had been to in Yakima, but I don’t want to go anywhere else. My boyfriend and I basically did a DIY tasting menu 😂 and it was just ... divine. Absolutely. Divine. Our waitress was wonderful, the staff give you space and time, the atmosphere is beautiful. The food was perfectly prepared. I haven’t a single negative thing to say. If you’re in the area — Crafted is a MUST.
