C & S Coffeehouse Terrace Heights

Food is always cold and doesn’t taste well. Customer service needs a lot of help of being polite. Especially the drive thru person on the intercom.

Waited two hours for our order when we’re literally next door and we were missing items. Certain girls working are always rude and will hang up on you when they’re busy, just overall bad customer service.

The redbull drinks are great coffee is hit or miss and food has gone down hill terribly in the past year I loved stopping in for lunch but lately it hasn’t been great save your money and go into town for food.

Hours for Sunday say 7-6 but this is the second time I come on a Sunday around 5ish and the place is closed? Yet the open sign is on

Love the new lunch specials.but thier lunch specials aren't posted on a regular basis and I'm not going to call every day to see what the special is.The specials I've had so far have been good.

I have gone a few times in hopes for redemption but every time the customer service is so very poor and the drinks have progressively gotten worse. Dang!

C&S is a great place for coffee and breakfast food. Their scrambles are the best! Their new space in Terrace Heights has a ton of room and a nice conference room for meetings.

Very disappointed two times in a row my order was wrong. They would not give me my money back but offered a gift card. I did not want a gift card to a place that doesn’t listen to my orders. They have lost my business.

Customer service was great but my girlfriend got us 2 coffees and 1 cookie but was charged for a extra cookie.they didn’t want to give her a refund just a gift card...to make it worst the coffee was the worst coffees I ever had ...we usually get Italian sodas but after this experience we would rather drive further into yakima to get better coffees and don’t get charged extra

Staff was friendly but I was disappointed in my food and drink. My mango smoothie had no flavor and my bagel with cream cheese was under toasted and cold.
