C & S Coffeehouse Terrace Heights

Friendly staff and great pastries. Their food is always fresh and they have the best lunches. I love their Redbull drinks. All in all a one stop shop for quality drinks and food. Definitely look forward to going back.

Very slow service. Reasonable coffee. Would not recommend.

I have been going to C&S coffeehouse for a long time even before they changed their name. My boys had mango smoothies there since we first moved here in 2013 and they have loved them ever since. Every time we go we always get treated well by the staff I've never had issues. I will continue going and I won't hesitate to tell anyone else to go there and grab their coffee or redbull drinks.

This place likes to delete your honest reviews . So here it is again. We did not get any of our pastries even though we ordered 4 of them. The coffee had some kind of chalky looking cream. Even though we ordered oat milk. Finally the burritos we ordered did not have the add ones we ordered. So the simple solution is just not to go here and waste your money.

Ya'll make excellent drinks but 1/2 the time there is a Subaru parked in the drive thru that my truck cannot get around so I have to go to the place down the street - is there a reason she can't park in the lot after unloading supplies? And a couple of the girls have started asking for tips. I always leave one but being asked is awkward and inappropriate in my opinion.

C & S Coffeehouse is the best place to go if you want something fresh for breakfast or lunch! They have weekly lunch specials that are absolutely amazing! Their drinks are always on point never to disappoint. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable of their menu! Trust me when I tell you this is the place you want to go!

Stop asking for a tip when you continue to make the wrong orders plus give the consumer the option instead of asking them on the spot

I ordered from the menu a red bull smoothie, it is delicious although I don’t like and don’t understand why I don’t know what’s in it. I ordered it thinking choices for flavors would pop up after clicking on the option but it didn’t. I just want to know what’s in my drink. I can guess but it’s still
Unsettling to the mind to not know what is in the drink I payed for. I’m not sure why you don’t have it on your menu anywhere
That I can see but I’d like to suggest and request that c and s please write a description on what all is in the redbull smoothie besides ice and probably some
Sort of cream I’m guessing.
Oh also I just now opened my sandwich. It’s not what I ordered. I ordered the turkey sandwich with sprouts and cranberry and this is just old cheese and dry turkey with wilted gross lettuce.
Not okay and not cool C and S. Thats either false advertising, or you really messed up my sandwich.

I don't write many reviews, however this is needed.
On Monday September 20, 2021 I was stuck at work in a parking lot unable to leave because of time sensitive situation. What was originally set for an hour was changed to 3 hours and ended up being 6 hours. I had nothing to drink. Almost all delivery food service won't deliver to a vehicle sitting in a parking lot (sounds sketchy). I called C & S and explained my situation. In less than 15 minutes (probably 10) one of the young ladies arrived with my drink.
Not being able to leave my location was unexpected, however this team of wonderful people helped me make it through the 6 hours. They are friendly and my drink was just as I expected it- perfectly made.
Thank you ladies I appreciated it very much- you my heroes that day.

Great staff. But I ordered a bowl of chili inside. 5 min in they started my order. She microwaved it. I was expecting hot chili pot or at least hot prior to order. At least place microwave out of sight. They had to reheat my chili and transfer into styrofoam bowl before giving me my to go order. I was there for 20 min just for a med bowl of chili. Disappointed.
