C & S Coffeehouse Terrace Heights

I am new to Yakima and so far from all the establishments I have visited, this small cafe has the worst Customer service. If management is reading these reviews, pls meet with your employees cause a customer wouldn’t want to see an employee being so cold in the morning! It just ruins everyone’s mood.

I have always loved the original Tom Tom's on 40th... Cass let's us get away with our crazy drink orders ask the time. I am pleased to say that this location is just as friendly. I highly recommend the Sunrise!

Great food! Fast service and friendly staff.
Every time I'm on that side of town I make it a point to stop in for a coffee and quick bite.

Waited for barista to make 2 Americanos for 10 minutes when I was the only customer in the drive thru or inside. Got home and the coffee was barely warm and full of grounds.

This place has went downhill fast I used to like it when it was Tom Tom's..this place sucks now ..cool vibes don't get you good food or drinks, bagel was cold and stale, no effort put into the simplest preparation of avocado spread and it took forever I think they were growing the avocados

These ladies make some great drinks! Not only their drinks, but their food is delicious 😋 they don't dissapoint. If they make it wrong they'll take care of you and make it right. Will continue buying here. Completely recommend 👌

We order almost daily here, and today was the worst experience ever, I was highly disappointed with our service. Our order was incorrect, so they corrected it but only after making us feel like we were trying to scam a free drink. We will now be taking our business elsewhere, and will recommend all others do the same.

I love this place! The coffee is always on point and the employees are so nice. Plus I feel good buying from a local business that supports and collaborates with other local establishments. From one small business to another, thank you - Foster First.

my new favorite place for breakfast! i come in a few times a week. the girls call me by name when i walk in, which is always nice. The burritos are great! they always go above and beyond!

Terrible experience, was charged for a drink I didn’t order on top of the drinks I did actually order. Then I was told they couldn’t refund it and that I would have to have a gift card. Even though they charged me for things I didn’t order. Coffee was not good at all. Will not be going back. The previous experiences I’ve had have not been good either. Would not recommend.
