Maple Street Bistro

We have been here roughly 5 times. We always look forward to Sunday brunch at maple street bistro. Casual atmosphere, good food, pretty good coffee (could be better). Prices are good, and I love the steel cut oats! Pretty small place, but there has always been a place to sit when we have gone. Overall it is a great little place with tasty food!

Maple Street is always delicious! We love walking to the Bistro for coffee and snacks! The drive through can be a little slow but is ultimately worth it!

Delicious!! A friend and I both ordered a grilled cheese sandwich on a garlic parmesean bagel with a cup of tomato basil soup. It was seriously delicious. I expected the bagel to be hard or chewy but it was neither. It was as soft as bread and easy to bite through and eat like a sandwich. I ordered a peach iced tea with real peace pieces and she ordered a strawberry lemonade with real strawberries. Respectively we each spent about $15 including a tip.
We will definitely be back. They have a drive thru as well as the option to dine inside and outside on a patio.

Coffee was amazing!!! I ordered online and the pic showed an amazing looking sandwich... so we got 2 of them... (I know I should have read that you have to add bacon ham ect) when I get home I paid over 7dollars for just and egg on bread! Honestly really upsetting!!!

Fantastic bistro with loads of options, definitely worth a stop in. Stay a while too, it's a cozy little place!

I go here a lot and tip every time no matter what. But today they added three dollar tip to a less than 8 dollar order for a black americano and a piece of banana bread. Line full of people and busy I was confused and didn’t have time to respond. So here’s my response: do not auto add a tip ever. I won’t be coming back for a while maybe ever.

They have the best food AND customer service! Staff are so friendly are kind. I had ordered food to pick up during lunch rush, one of the sandwiches was accidentally forgotten and when they called they offered to deliver it and gave me a gift card for a free half sandwich in the future. Truly the kindest people!

Today’s experience at the Bistro;

My daughters and our friends gathered for brunch. We enjoyed the patio seating, understanding that Maple Street itself is not quiet. We all ordered food and some ordered coffee as well. While we were ordering our food another woman had to come ask the employee about the food she had ordered as she had only gotten her drinks thus far. Well we ended up waiting for at least 30 minutes for our food after we ordered it. I grant that there was a decent amount of business at that time, (around10 am Saturday) but I expected things would move faster at this sort of place. Maybe it is usually that length...none of the employees seemed apologetic about it.
Now we all really did enjoy our food. I felt the breakfast sandwiches were perhaps a bit overpriced, but quite good. The paninis were well complimented and are much more food for the money. The tomato soup, pumpkin muffin and cinnamon roll were all good. I enjoyed my hot Sweet Roll Latte, but my daughters said their coffees were quite tasteless. It was a blended vanilla swirl latte and an iced maple street latte. The vanilla drink, if we understood the menu correctly, should have come with chocolate whipped cream, but arrived with regular whipped cream. Another friend of mine said she received the maple cream when she should have had chocolate. Now had I realized about the cream early in the game, I would have brought the drinks back and asked, but my daughter didn’t tell me until the drink was about gone. :\.
My overall thoughts are that I would go again; the complaints of today may be unusual events. I had a really hard time deciding between the 3 star and 4 star rating....tough call. But with both service and quality concerns, I kept it at 3.

The absolute BEST! Everything they make is reasonably priced and tastes gourmet. I recommend Maple Street to everyone I know because they make delicious drinks, food and dessert on top of having a wonderful staff who are always friendly and attentive. My favorite place in Spokane.
